Three programs of the Municipality of Borbon, Cebu
were recognized by the Department of Health (DOH)
during the first-ever Healthy Pilipinas Awards 2022 for
Healthy Communities on March 4.
These programs were the Borbon Healthy Nanay and
Bulilit Program, Borbon Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management in Health and Health Emergency
Management Services, and Borbon Mental Health
Warriors.
According to DOH, these programs addressed three of
the seven priority areas or health thrusts of the
Department.
