Our 2024 Annual Review showcases the incredible work that has been taking place across the Estate throughout the year. From commercial and residential projects to strategic initiatives, food, farming, and environmental efforts, we remain committed to preserving the past, enriching the present, and building a sustainable future for generations to come.
This year has been marked by innovation, collaboration, and community support. We have strengthened local partnerships, helped secure the future of community assets, and introduced new businesses to the Estate.
Our low and no-rent initiatives continue to provide vital support to residents, businesses, and local organisations, sustaining the unique character of Knutsford and beyond.
We've played a key role in shaping sustainable communities with developments like Park Gate Village and securing outline permission for Bluebell Village, which will bring up to 250 new homes, a care home, and crucial local amenities to Knutsford.
Our environmental work has flourished too – from habitat restoration to partnering with Chester Zoo on the conservation of endangered Black Poplars. We continue to work closely with local councils to enhance infrastructure and public spaces, driving progress that benefits both people and nature.
