Report from our President
Hi folks,
Recently, I witnessed my first Corvette enthusiast of the year. A couple in a C6 Grand Spo out for a drive, snow on the ground, but couldn't wait any longer. I suspect next month we will see more enthusiasts on the road fulfill ing that urge to get the car out.
Just imagine if you knew corvette owners by name. It can happen. Get ting involved in our many events from car shows, cruises and social hours to name a few, we meet so many new friends with a common interest. Join us at one of our many gatherings and have a good time. For a challenge, try c rdinating an event, the ex rience can very rewarding and a lot of fun. Picture yourself as an instructor for our driver's sch l at the BIR help ing others become accomplished Corvette drivers. C rdinating our Plastic Fantastic Car show at Village Chevrolet could be the highlight of your year. Our public events benefit our charity; Spina Bi da and while having fun we are helping others.
Next month our southe partial year residents will retu for corvette sea son. We miss them and it will be good to see them at future meetings. We should be able to recognize them by the g d suntans.
Looking forward to seeing you at the meetings, Dave Benner
