Report from our President
September 2021
It’s pushing the end of August as I’m starting this
Presidents page. Like many of you I’m sure, I’m
starting to do some of those things I need to get done
before fall/winter weather is upon us. Get the oil
changed in the Vette before the Fall Color Run, change
out that section of down spout that’s been bothering me
for a while along with a bunch of other things I want to
get done. Additionally, I’m starting to list out the things
I want to do over the winter months. I then think that I
sure wish I had a heater in the garage for when I want
to do some of those outside winter tasks I’m planning.
I don’t know about you but I’ve been following this
newest Delta version of Covid virus. I thought we were
through with this stuff when the vaccine was released
but it appears not to be the case. The other day while
out for some things, noticed a number of shelves in
the grocery store that are bare again. Between empty
shelves again and rising cases of the delta variant of
Covid, I don’t think we’re done with this by a long shot.
Not much else going on at the moment. Hope everyone
is getting ready for the Fall Color Run. I’m sure it’s
going to be a fun weekend so “See you there”.
Paul Hauschildt
