NCCC Governor’s Report: Ken Franklin said NCCC insurance certificates for our events are up to date, including the spring Cruise, BIR Drivers School, and Fall Car Show. He reminded the Board that we need to revise our membership dues for 2025 to cover increased costs for NCCC. We use the NCCC insurance package that covers our events and members, so we need to continue our relationship with that body. Vice President’s Report: Shawn Hanna reported that he heard the HFC held recently at JImmy’s was a success, with good food, good service, and a good turnout. There are currently no HFCs planned for June or July, but there will be one in early August. Shawn asked Board members to contact him if they know of anyone willing to host a June or July HFC. Shawn will lead a Sparkle Cruise on July 6th. He will create a flyer and sign-up sheet for distribution. Mike then read all of the proposed revisions to the Board, which were then discussed at length. Any suggested changes were made, and then the Board voted on each one. A final document will be prepared for distribution to the members via e-mail and in the Bucket Sheets. . New Business: It was agreed, per Shawn Hanna’s suggestion, that the Board will discuss conducting an inventory of the Club trailer, and will assign a person to be responsible for the trailer and its contents. The Board will discuss the idea of splitting election of officers into two separate years so we are not replacing all Board members at the same time. The Board will come to an agreement before asking for the members’ acceptance of the idea. Sue Griffin said she had renewed our use of the Member Planet web application for $300. This will be added to the Treasurer’s list of expenses.

Two new never used 2008 C6 engine V-belts that I kept in my vehicle just in case I had a failure while on the road. I felt it would be easier to find a mechanic than an easy to change, but hard to find part, so I kept these in my car as cheap insurance.
