Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme What is Pebble Pad? • All Midwifery students need to complete their Midwifery Ongoing Record of Achievement (MORA) during their training and since September 2022 all commencing programmes will use the electronic version. • Coventry University uses Pebble Pad which is used throughout the United Kingdom. • As a new starter you should receive an email from Coventry University to set up your account as a Practice Supervisor/ Assessor.
Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme How to log on? It is important you log on as an external user, and you pick Coventry University as the organisation. Your username will be your email address, and you can use the forgotten password function if you get locked out. You should only need to log on via the desktop version, although the students do have a phone-friendly app version.
Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme Signing Timesheets • The easiest way is use the student’s app version, YOU should complete the hours you have worked with the student and then add your digital signature and your NHS email (personal email addresses will not be verified). • You will then receive a confirmation email to your Trust account, if you receive one you’re not expecting please contact the PPM or PDM.
Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme Authorising a Practice Episode Records (PER) • This can be completed in a similar way to timesheets. • It is essential this is completed as Students cannot include hours not authorised and if an NHS email is account not used.
Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme Authorising a Proficiency This CANNOT be done on the app version. The student will need to share their eMora with you, you should receive an email like this. It is very important the student has included the message which one you need to authorise otherwise you will not know. You should be expecting the email and discussed the proficiency prior. This can be completed during a shift, and a student should be allowed time for this where possible.

Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme • The student indicated the wanted N1.2 and N1.3 to be authorised, we know this is in the Neonatal Care section and can search this via the top banner. • We then select N1 (Universal Care) to select the next subsection.
Welcome to UHCW Trust Induction Programme • Each proficiency is separated into academic year – 1,2 and 3. • You simply need to tick the proficiency that corresponds to the students current academic year. • You must save each one individually or it will only save the most recently ticked.
