Performance
J8's powerful 2.8 L turbocharged diesel engine delivers 194 bhp and 460 Nm of torque, matched to a sturdy 5-speed automatic transmission and Jeep's Command-Trac® 4WD system. J8's 1,164 kg payload can be raised to 1,664 kg with our factory installed Payload Enhancement Kit. Transport via fixed wing or helicopter (internal or underslung).
Rugged Reliability
J8 chassis, brakes, suspension, axles and engine cooling have been upgraded with heavy-duty Jeep and Dodge truck components for reliability and affordability. That's how we tested J8 successfully at 5,250 meters in the Chilean Andes and in the heat and dust of southern Africa - all at full GVW. Every J8 is backed by a manufacturer's warranty, which includes our JGMS modifications.
Safety and Environment
Safety features include four wheel disc brakes with ABS, a reinforced frame for Personnel / Cargo Carrier and Patrol Vehicles, and a wide, road-gripping stance. Front driver and passenger airbags are optional. We offer environmentally friendly Euro IV and unregulated emissions, with 8.9 L / 100 km. J8 also operates with JP8 fuel.
Flexible Fleet
We don't just offer you one or two vehicles; we offer you a complete fleet. Working with Jeep Engineering, we have developed a range of vehicles built on J8's reinforced chassis - these range from light utility and personnel/cargo carriers to patrol and armored variants. All models are carefully integrated onto the original chassis ensuring all variants use the same rugged and robust base vehicle. This key feature results in ease of maintenance as parts are interchangeable and there are common service operations at an affordable cost.

We have a history of developing customised packages for clients, from vehicle requirements through to survivability solutions, which is precisely why Chrysler selected us to be the world's only official distributor of the J8.
