capabilities for mounting of superstructure
KAMAZ-740.50-360, V8 body (up to 8.0 m).

EURO-2 KAMAZ 63501 is intended for instal-l
80 km/h (with gross vehicle lation of special equipment and engineering
weight of 37900 kg) units, to tow trailers on the roads built for veh-
hicles having 10 ton axial load on terrain. The
vehicle has passed the complete cycle of tests
and has been in mass production since 2005.

14 t payload is equipped with diesel turboc-
charged engine KAMAZ 740.50-360, horsep-
power coming to 360 (V-8). Along with major
units and installations made in-house, we in-s
stall components of European manufacturers,
such as SACHS MFZ 430 clutch, ZF16S 151
gearbox, STEYR VG 2000/300 transfer case.
Due to power and dynamic properties and oth-e
er design features of the vehicle, it can attain
the speed of up to 90 km/h, gradeability being
not less than 60 percent, fordable depth up to
1.75 m and the height of vertical walls up to
0.6 m. The truck has a comfortable three-seat
sleeper cab.

off-road truck. Gross vehicle weight is 38 tons;
KAMAZ 6560 (8x8) gross combination weight comes to 50 tons.

KAMAZ-740.63-400, V8 A powerful KAMAZ 740.63-400 (400
h.p.) engine and automatic ZF gearbox with
EURO-3 torque converter provide for high power and
90 km/h (with gross vehicle dynamic properties of the truck operating on
weight of 50000 kg) hard surface roads and in difficult terrain.

All KAMAZ trucks of this type have air
brakes, ABS, tire inflation system. With the ant-
tiroll bar on front and rear suspensions the veh-
hicle turns at a great speed, the danger of roll-i
ing over being excluded. As an option, KAMAZ
installs a retarder and ASR in trucks operating
in mountains.

Trucks have 16.00 R 20 tube tires (opt-
tion: tubeless tires). Upon the customer’s req-
quest, 14.00 R 20 tires can be mounted on a
truck.

A strong frame with sidemembers of
uniform section and continuous reinforcing
agents lengthwise increase reliability and stab-
bility of the truck on the road.

Containers, vans, platforms and cranes
of different types can be mounted on KAMAZ
6560 truck chassis.
