The Wall Fan Diffuser plugs into any outlet and features a sturdy shell (one version has a light),
is recommended for high-traffic areas in the home or office, and has space for two Scentsy
Pods.
The Mini Fan Diffuser is compact, can be plugged into any USB port, and packs an instant
fragrance punch. It’s available in six colors and can transition from a cubicle to carpool, office to
home.
There are two Scentsy Go options: Scentsy Go is the premium, feature-packed version with an
18-hour battery life, light effects and two fan modes; Scentsy Go Solid is the simpler and more
economical version with a 10-hour battery life, no light and one single fan mode.
All Scentsy Fan Diffusers use Scentsy Pods, which come in packs of two. Use one pod in either
fan diffuser or use two to increase fragrance intensity or mix & match for a customized blend
(the Mini uses only one Pod).

accompanying scented sticker in an available pod fragrance. Have those handy when you’re
out and about. Be prepared to initiate conversation and have a call to action in mind to keep

PWS? Attend a virtual party or set up a personal shopping link?

Add a special touch
Showcase the order in a cellophane bag, or use a paper gift bag. Tie a ribbon that matches the
color of the Scentsy Pod label. Add a cardstock thank you tag or sticker and you’re all set! Make
delivery arrangements and follow through, then check in on delivery day to confirm the time.
Educate customer on product use and care
If your customer is new to Scentsy, they may need some simple product education. Explain
how to set up and plug in their new fan diffuser and how easy it is to change Scentsy Pods. If
your customer purchased a Scentsy Go, review the fan and lighting settings, indicator light and
how to recharge the battery.
Follow Up
