The Parthenon Temple

The Parthenon Temple is an ancient temple located on the
acropolis hill of Athens, Greece. The Parthenon Temple was
built in 432 BC as a place to worship the Goddess Athena, a
goddess of war and in Greek mythology. According to the

story, there used to be a giant statue of the Goddess
Athena covered in gold in the Parthenon temple. Now the
statue is gone because it has been melted down for gold by

ancient tomb raiders.

The existence of this temple is the main attraction for every
tourist who visits Greece. Temple Parthenon had changed
functions until it was used as a site history as it is today.
