A couple of week ago, my family and I planned to go to my uncle’s home in
Kedah. I was on top of the world because I haven't visited his house in a long time . My
mother, Roslina. She had gorgeous hair that draped around her shoulders. Her lips were
perfectly plump with piercing eyes that were hard to miss and she was beautiful with her
stunning gown. She is packing a plethora of our clothes into the bags.

The sun spread its golden rays over the land. The cool morning sun made the
dewdrops on trees glisten, I go the bathroom to take a shower. At 6:50 a.m. my family
and I started our journey to go to Sungai Petani, Kedah with luxuriour car. From outside,
the glossy finish of metallic red paint made the vehicle look even faster. Tinted window
hid the insides from view and the shiny chrome rims glistened in the sun’s rays.

Along the journey, we saw gigantic mountain with the majestic tree-capped peak
was breathtakingly beautiful. Its treacherous landscape could be seen from very far
away. A few hours later, we stopped to RNR (treat and rest) at Lebuh raya Utara-Selatan
Jajaran Utara to rest and fill our empty stomachs. After a few hours we rested, we
started our journey back to Sungai Petani, Kedah.

After 5 hours later, we arrived at my uncle’s house. From outside, the luxurious
home was very large with manicured grounds in the front yard and a golden fence
surrounding the complex. The estate had numerous floors and magnificent windows. We
were invited into the house. Within a few minutes of rest, our family planned to go to the
paddy fields near my uncle’s house. Near the paddy fields, I can release stress when I
see the green atmosphere and the calm breeze. After finishing taking in the breeze in
the paddy fields, we went back to my uncle’s house to rest.

The next day, the sun rose majestically in the sky, heralding the dawn of a
glorious new day. My family and my uncle plan to go to Langkawi Island. I was on cloud
nine. It is because Langkawi Island was the places I longed to be. Fellow on my way I
saw the beach. The swaying palm trees overlooked large waves as they crashed onto
the sandy shore. Unique seashells were ubiquitous throughout the white, powdery sand.
I saw a lot of people, but they all followed the SOP by wearing face masks and
distancing themselves.

After arriving at the jetty, my family and I rented a car to go to interesting places
on the Langkawi Island. The first place we visited was the Makam Mahsuri which has a
lot of history. Various information that I gained during my stay there. I was able to know
more deeply about the history of Mahsuri which before I did not know, before this I was
only with his name but not with his history. After visiting Makam Mahsuri, my family and I
took the cable car. I can breathe fresh and comfortable air there. Before returning, we
managed to go to Dataran Helang again. There I saw many tourists visiting the square.
Most come just to take pictures.

We have been in Kedah for 3 days, my family and I had to go back to Kelantan
because my father's vacation period was over. Although not long our family was here,
but many memories I can get. I hope, I can go to langkawi island again in the future and
visit my uncle again.
