WATERSPOUTS
There are five stages of waterspout formation. First, the
formation of dark spots on the surface of the water. Then,
the formation of a spiral pattern on the surface of the water
and accompanied by the formation of a spray ring. After
that, there is the development of a considensation funnel
and ends with the disappearance of the waterspout
There are three types waterspouts you need to know
⚡1. Non-tornadic
⚡2. Tornadic
⚡3. Snowspot
Basically, a waterspout is a tornado with
a strong columnar shape and is above
the surface of the water. Waterapout are
connected to several clouds, such as
cumulus congestus, cumuliform and
cumulonimbus. Compared to tornadoes
that occur on land, the waterspout power
is smaller and weaker
Typically, waterspouts occur in the tropics
and subtropics, but have also been reported
in New Zealand, Australia and Antartica.
Several waterspouts have also been found
to occur on the east coast of the United
States and the coast of California. Not only
in the sea, waterspouts also often occur in
lakes with large surfaces.
