The following detail is provided to assist with the timely delivery of your Back-to-School 3
garments. The earlier we receive information from you the easier it is for us to provide
the excellent service you require.

31st May, 2018
We will require your back to school indent orders by 31st May 2018, for all delivery
requirements into store from August 2018 to January 2019 (incl.).

Make and Hold Stock
Place your indent order and then place a “Make and Hold” order to equal 10% of the
units/style placed as an indent. This stock will be manufactured at the same time as
your indent and be held in stock as emergency back-up through your busiest time.
This stock must be taken in full by 31st May 2019.

Indent Order Placement
Please e-mail all orders to [email protected] (and cc [email protected]).
It would be of great assistance if you could place the UMS garment code quoted on
your price list on all orders.
Once received by UMS we will enter onto our computer system and send back to you
a “confirmation of order receipt”. If you do not receive this confirmation back from our
sales department within 14 days of your order date please contact us to verify our
receipt. UMS values your business, and will strive to meet the expectations of all of our
customers.
