What is the Industrial
Revolution?
It’s a time when the manufacturing of
goods moved from small shops and homes
to large factories. This shift brought about
changes in culture as people moved from
rural areas to big cities in order to work. It
also introduced new technologies and new
types of transportation.
Causes & Effects
Innovations in agriculture,
production, and
transportation led to the
Industrial Revolution, which
originated in Western Europe
and spread over time to
Japan and other regions.

● The telegraph was invented so they can message
to one another through a wire.
● The Brooklyn Bridge was the longest suspension
bridge in the world.
● The Wright Brothers made the first airplane
without WIND
