Corellon and Gruumsh are known to have had conflicts of great importance in
the before-time. Gruumsh being the greater deity of the Orcs, had been jealous of
Corellon’s embodiment of beauty and dance. Gruumsh through acts of trickery and the
help of Corellon’s power hungry and treacherous wife approached Corellon and
managed to wound The Protector. er deity of the rO cs, had been
jealous of oC rellons’ embodiment of beauty. This lead to a clash of
the titans that costs Gruumsh’s left eye. From the wound of Corellon and the blood of
his holiness, the first elves were born. These elves were named the Seldarine.
Of these primal elves, a family of Seldarine was formed and many of them
stayed true to their creator. Sehanine Moonbow, Aerdrie Faenya and Hanali
Celanil and Lolth were the strongest four of the primal elves. Other elves such as
Rillifane Rallathil, Erevan Ilesere and Solonor Thelandira were also among
these primal elves.
But as time passed one of the greater primal elves pursued the demise of
Corellon and dreamt of leading the other elves into a universal domination. Lolth
separated herself from the Seldarine and rebelled against the family. To combat this,
Corellon granted some of his children small amounts of his essence and thus
Moonbow became the goddess of the dreams, mysteries and secrets. Hanali became
the goddess of romantic love, beauty, and joy. Rillifane held his domain over nature,
woodlands, and wild elves (wood elves). Erevan became a trickster and the god of
mischief. And Solonor became the god of the hunt, archery, and survival. With each
one of these primal elves being ascended into godhood, Lolth ventured into the darkness
bellow the lands of Toril and began her conquest by birthing and enslaving the dark
Seldarine (dark elves, drow). Sehanine oM onbow, Aerdrie Faenya and aH nali

about Lolth and her followers and any attempts of research has been met with great
resistance by the council and the heads of the departments here at The Academy.
Corellon has been known to hold as much chaos as any fae in these lands.
Nevertheless, he is the father and mother of all elves and nurtures them. The
Preserver of life pursues self-sufficiency for his children, and yet he leads as an
example for his elves.
Gods and Demi-Gods of Seldarine:
Hanali Celanil: aH nali eC lanil
Hanali was a being of timeless beauty and benign nature, she always
forgave minor transgressions and felt delighted in rewarding her followers with the joy of
unexpected love and affection.
She embodied romance, beauty, love, and joy in elven spirits, she was,
however, flawed with mild vanity and a flighty nature.

Erevan Ilesere: rE evan Ilesere
Erevan was a shape changer and had numerous guises. As his avatar,
Erevan would choose to appear as either an elf or a type of fey, usually a brownie, pixie,
or sprite, of wildly different appearances and sizes.
Erevan was an unpredictable, flighty, fun-loving god. He enjoyed causing
harmless trouble and playing pranks above all else. He was seeming unable to stay
still or focus on single task for any sizable period of time. Despite his fickle nature,
Erevan was ferociously loyal to the Seldarine and protective of the sylvan races and
elves when they are threatened. Erevan had no respect for those who relied on his help
to solve all their problems. He instead favored those who relied on themselves and
those who were underdogs.
Erevan's holy days were on the eclipses, and his faithful sacrificed stolen
treasures to him whenever they felt it was appropriate. Sehanine Moonbow,
Aerdrie Faenya and Hanali eC lanil and Lolth were the
Rillifane Rallathil: Rillifane aR llathil
Little is known about Rillifane. It is assumed that once his people moved into
the Yuirwood the met another ancient deity by the name of Yuir. This deity merged
their aspect in some form with Rillifane and together they became the protectors of the
woods. Further research is needed in this manner and the potential of the wood elves of
the Sword Coast and their customs harboring some information is high.
Solonor Thelandira: Solonor hT elandira
Solonor manifested as a lean and muscular male elf clad in a cloak of leaves.
Wolf, a Beast Totem Spirit worshiped by wild elves, was often depicted at the side of
Solonor in religious iconography.
Solonor always kept his word and so did not offer it lightly. He often came
across as grim due to the complexities of his duty, making compromises between those
who wanted to exploit nature's gifts and those who wished to preserve nature in an
unaltered state.
Sehanine Moonbow: Sehanine oM onbow
In her avatar form, Sehanine Moonbow looked like a five feet tall youthful,
ageless, female elf clad in a diaphanous gown, that looked like it was made of
moonbeam and dropped moonbeam drops every ten minutes, that could be bottled as
potions of invisibility.
The Lunar Lady was a very protective deity towards elves. She hated
undead and her followers made it their duty to destroy these beings. Nonetheless, she
was quite an aloof deity and apart from the deeds, she kept herself apart from the
happenings of Toril.
