Mặt sau của C/O form E, mục 7 có ghi chú:

The term “Exporter” in Box 1 and 11 may include the manufacturer or the producer. In the case of Movement
Certificate (MC), the term “Exporter” also includes the exporter in the intermediate Party. For China, a

ủy quyền không ghi được ô 7 tên nhà xuất khẩu), không phải Third-party invoicing do 2 công ty cùng trụ sở tại
Trung Quốc.

Hiện tại cơ quan Hải quan có cách hiểu khác nhau nên có cán bộ chấp nhận hoặc bác bỏ, công ty nên gặp trực
tiếp lãnh đạo Chi cục để xin ý kiến chỉ đạo.
