Women’s Self-Defense Seminar -Taught by Andrea Moon
3rd Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate

TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 2018 6:30-8:00 PM AT THE TROY COMMUNITY CENTER - 3179 Livernois
This women’s* only class will focus on effective self-defense techniques. Students will
practice defending against each other and will learn several different ways to defend
themselves in varied situations. We will discuss real life situations and students will
learn effective ways to avoid being a victim. Students wear loose-fitting clothes. Jewelry
should be removed, hair tied back and bare feet.
