1KG OF GROUND CHICKEN 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC 20 TO 25 CHILLIES 3 PACKS OF BLACK PEPPER SAUCE 2 PACKS OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER I N G R E D I E N T S 1KG OF MINCED MEAT 1 RED ONION 2 TABLESPOON OF AJINOMOTO 5 TO 6 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR 7


cut a large onion in a hot pan, put oil and mash the chopped onion, add sugar let it brown and turn off the heat. 1) Grind garlic, chilli and red onion until minced. 2) Sauté shallots and garlic. 3) Put black pepper sauce in a pan and add a water bowl. 4) Stir until well combined and wait for it to boil. 5) Mix the black pepper powder with water and add it to the boiling black pepper sauce. 6) Add Ajinomoto and sugar to taste and stir. 7) Wait for the sauce to boil and turn off the heat. 8) Optional (caramelized onions) WAYS TO MAKE BLACK PEPPER SAUCE 8


HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STUFFING 1) Put the ground chicken in a non-stick pan and heat it. 2) Wait until the ground chicken is cooked. 3) Put 3 large spoonfuls of black pepper sauce that has been prepared earlier into the ground chicken and mix until well combined. 4) Wait for the ground chicken to boil and the black pepper sauce to dry a little. 5) Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. 6) Put the cooled ground chicken into the blender and grind it 2 or 3 times only (so that the chicken does not lump) 9


1) Put the minced meat in a non-stick pan and heat it. 2) Wait until the minced meat is cooked. 3) Put 3 large spoonfuls of black pepper sauce that has been prepared earlier into the minced meat and mix until well combined. 4) Wait for the minced meat to boil and the black pepper sauce to dry a little. 5) Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. 6) Put the cooled minced meat into the blender and grind it 2 or 3 times only (so that the meat does not lump).
