FULL PROCESS OF MAKING THERMAL BONDED NON WOVEN FABRIC Fiber Preparation: Selection of raw materials, typically synthetic fibers like polypropylene or polyester. Opening and Blending: Fibers are opened and blended to create a homogeneous mixture. Carding: The blended fibers are carded to form a web of loose fibers. Web Formation: This web is then laid out to create a uniform layer of fibers. Thermal Bonding: Heat and pressure are applied to the web, causing the fibers to melt and bond together. Cooling and Setting: The fabric is cooled to solidify the bonds
