Customer satisfaction and product quality are top priorities at Mattress Firm. Most of our products are covered by national
manufacturers' warranties, which range in length up to 20 years, depending on the product purchased. The warranty
protects you from manufacturer defects that would require a repair or replacement. Warranties do not cover problems that
are the result of misuse, mishandling or failure to meet other requirements outlined in the warranty card.

As a service to our customers, Mattress Firm processes warranty claims and replaces or repairs products when they
satisfy the terms set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. We have applied those terms to your claim and determined that
it is not covered under the limited warranty because:

The inspection report revealed the measurements met the manufacturer’s standards and are considered normal body
impression(s)

The warranty is void because an improper frame/inadequate support system is being used with your bedding
The warranty is void because an incompatible box spring is being used to support the mattress
The warranty is void because stains were found on the product / the bedding was unsanitary
Torn fabric, loose threads/handles and bent border wires are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
The warranty does not apply to floor samples and clearance bedding
The warranty coverage period has ended
