Serious Words of Advice from the Senior Advisor
To all of you young people who have since childhood been dreaming of becoming Army
or Police Officer, I extend warm greetings! All four security forces of Nepal are eager to
recruit the best and brightest among you. But they have set very strict criteria that all aspiring
candidates must meet in order to get selected. And without preliminary knowledge of those
criteria and without proper coaching and training, you will have very little chance of fulfilling
your dreams.
It is exactly for the purpose of enabling you to enter the GOLDEN GATES of all four
security forces of Nepal that dCAN is offering its specialized services. With a solid team
of highly dedicated and experienced senior ranking retired officers who served sterlingly
in recruiting cadets to their respective Army or Police forces; coupled with highly qualified
and experienced teachers, dCAN has established itself as the premier institution or perfect
platform where young heroes like you, both male and female, are thoroughly coached,
trained and groomed to become future officers of the nation!
My sincere and very serious advice to you all is to grasp this opportunity of preparing
yourselves both academically and physically to meet all criteria so set by the security forces!
I wish you all a very happy and fruitful preparatory training at dCAN. May your dreams,
like so many of my former students' of BirendraSainik and Dipendra Police Schools, turn
into reality! And may you too, like so many of them, have the opportunity of serving our
motherland as senior officers in future! God bless!!

organization. Every national has rights to live, earn the money from own business and move
throughout the nation without any disturbance. All these activities can be done with assurance
of peace and security. Without security of life and property people can do nothing. Peace
cannot be bought from money.
Security is the most challenging job in this scientific period. Most of the evil of society
lives in society and can't be easily, unless and until the action comes out against the peace.
But the noticed may occur every time in every human. Security challenge may be man made

National Investigation Department
The National Investigation Department (NID) is the only one intelligence agency of
Nepal Government. NID tasked with gathering, processing and analyzing national security
information from around the nation and world too. It is a main stake holder of security of the
nation like Army, Police and Arm Police. NID is mainly responsible for intelligence. Which
may be visible or invisible?
21st century is the age of information and technology. Without information no institution
or Government can do anything. National security policy of the country depends on the
intelligence. So the information of internal and international threat, people's satisfaction
and conflict in different issues, political movement, crime trend and socio economic status
of country are all the key points. So all the information is needed for Government to move
ahead strategically.
So the NID is the most important and reputed organization of the nation. Its
headquarter is located in Singha Durbar and spread over the seventy five district in country.
It is a pride to be a member of security agency of own nation. Serve the nation and save the
nation.
