Topics of this course are as follows: Study various concepts and practical theories
on negotiation and conflict management from the interdisciplinary perspectives drawn from
the academic fields of communication, conomics, psychology, social psychology, and
organizational behaviors. Both descriptive and prescriptive approaches to negotiation and
remedies involving conflict management and resolution would be utilized with major
emphasis put upon the notions of ethics and the practice of good fiath in negotiation and
conflict management.

This course focuses on increasing knowledge and vision in logistics management.

A student-initiated research report on a particular topic under consultation of an
advisor, together with an oral examination. The study must be extensive and of acceptable
research standards.
