Page 53 LUXE Dream Setia Eco Templer, Selangor 2 Storey House 06 A semi-detached home is a two-unit dwelling with one side connected to the other by a shared wall. An beautiful and aesthetically pleasant design, with an emphasis on simplicity, utility, and comfort, characterises the aesthetic element of such a dwelling. This might include neutral colour palettes, clean lines, and natural materials, as well as thoughtful elements like huge windows, striking light fixtures, and strategically placed vegetation. Open floor designs that allow for natural light and flexibility in living areas, as well as modern appliances and technology to enhance the overall aesthetic, may be featured in the interior. A magnificent semi-detached house is not only a lovely place to live, but it is also a functional and comfortable place to live. Design Architect 2022 Edition Involved In: 1. Design Schematic 2. The customer is a four-person household. The owners wanted a practical, fuss-free home that will last them for years to come and our challenge was to create a design that responds to their present & future needs. The House adheres to current architectural principles while combining distinctively regional characteristics. Modeling and Rendering. 4. On-site supervision. The owner has design ideas and wants to develop a home that is filled with light, plants, and wind. With this necessity in mind, we have included green areas surrounding the house so that the living spaces within may link directly to the nature outside. The integrated common room, isolated from nature with wide sliding glass doors, produces a vast space that provides comfort, independence, and proximity to nature. The bedrooms are positioned at the far end of the property, facing the greenery. They are separated from the outer world by sliding glass doors and fabric curtains that may be opened to appreciate the natural environment and closed for seclusion.

The house located in a rapidly developing suburb with an increasing population where intense concrete construction is shrinking vegetation and natural green spaces. This helps create a natural shield against heat, noise, and dust as well as gives the house a different appearance from the outside. Constantly attacked by the heat of central Vietnam, natural ventilation is the priority for sustainable energy architecture in the area. To achieve this, multiple solutions had been implemented. Throughout the spaces, glass panes are flexibly used in many different positions to bring natural light into the building as well as minimize power consumption. During my stint as an interior designer, I was tasked with designing the interior of a house in Penang. The House blends innovative concepts, shared spaces, and contemporary character to bring the house into the present era, creating a light-filled addition with playful touches, pragmatic living, and space. The expansion aimed to give an efficient answer to the difficult tiny lot. The goal of the project was to strike a balance between what to maintain and what to destroy in order to optimise space and increase livability with an open, free-flowing floor plan that works with the current arrangement. Page 65 Taman Permaisuri Cheras, Selangor 3 Storey House 12 The combined living and dining area provides the spatial sensation of an open pavilion, with water on one side and lush vegetation on the other. When the glass sliding doors on either side are opened, maximum light enters the living rooms and good natural ventilation is provided. As a consequence, the house is filled with light and air, making it a delightful place to live in Selangor’s tropical environment. It was built quickly while being cost-effective in terms of materials. Furthermore, because Itu is normally rather hot and dry, one of the primary elements of the home was the permeability of the wonderful view and the best way to ventilate it.
