Our Story Pakatan Juru Ukir Tradisional company was established in 1975 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. To meet the demand, a branch was setup in 1986 in Besut, Terengganu. In 2003, the company open its new subsidiary – Jurukir Tradisional Sdn Bhd. This is to boost its image and serve clients better. Spearheaded by Mohd Salizan Abd. Rahman, son of the late Hj Abdul Rahman Long, a master craftsman descendant from generations of highly skilled traditional woodcarvers. With years of experience in the field, makes him the best man for any woodcarving job. We are the first to introduce traditional woodcarving on a large scale into modern commercial and government buildings in Malaysia. We are the first to implement specialist method of working to boost productivity and at the same time maintained our pristine quality, a trademark of our craftsmanship. The craftsmanship of Pakatan Juru Ukir Traditional has been recognized by art enthusiasts nationally and internationally.
Tokoh Kraf Negara Norhaiza Noordin (Jah) was born in 1963 in Kampung Raja, a peaceful Malay community on Terengganu's east coast. Jah was able to find his first guru, Wan Su Othman and his son Wan Po, in this atmosphere because the area has a long history of being associated with traditional arts and crafts. At this bustling studio, he learned the fundamentals of wood carving before honing his craft with Tengku Ibrahim Tengku Wok and the Long brothers. later. He started learning Malay Arts philosophy and practises in 1992 under the tutelage of the late Nik Rashiddin Nik Hussein, a revered Master of Craft at the time. Tokoh Kraf Negara Noorhaiza Noordin Adiguru Abd Muhaimin Hasbollah Adiguru Abd Muhamin Bin Hasbollah was born in 1965. He was a painter before he became a wood carving, and he was raised in a Felda community in Pontian, Johor. He enrolled in a training course in fundamental wood carving in 1985 at the Kraftangan Malaysia branch in Temerloh, Pahang. He completed his education by working as an apprentice for Kelantan's royal woodcarver Abd Latiff bin Long. Equipped with his knowledge and abilities, he founded Inakraf in 1991 and began selling his carvings of traditional flowers, which quickly became his trade mark.
