discounted price of only $99.95. We are pleased to be able to offer such a great savings for essential items for your new puppy.

All non-refundable deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another puppy of Buyer’s choice. The non-refundable
deposit amount is credited towards the final balance due.

If Buyer chooses the optional microchip, Buyer agrees to register the microchip within one (1) week of receiving the puppy to
ensure prompt recovery in the unfortunate event that the puppy ever becomes lost or stolen. If Buyer chooses the optional full
package offer described herein, Buyer agrees to activate the package within one (1) week of receiving the puppy.

Seller makes every effort to ensure that the puppy is healthy at the time Seller releases puppy to Buyer. We will not allow a
puppy to leave until we are certain that the puppy is ready for the trip to your home and has passed a licensed veterinary

health inspection by our vet, is free from any illness, and is eating hard kibble quite well on its own. Your new puppy MUST

be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving your puppy to validate this guarantee. However, any exam

performed by a vet belonging to the Banfield network (Petsmart/Petco) will VOID this guarantee in its entirety. Should your
vet find our puppy “unfit” for sale upon this initial examination, it will be replaced provided the puppy is returned with a
written statement from the vet stating the nature of the illness. It is Buyer’s responsibility to return the puppy along with all
registration papers and other optional package contents. Seller is not responsible for associated charges such as shipping, vet

fees, mental stress, low blood sugar, or internal or external parasites. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER BE

RESPONSIBLE FOR VETERINARY COSTS THAT BUYER HAS INCURRED.

Seller does NOT guarantee the puppy against illness brought on by the stress of moving (from our house to yours) shipping, or
motion sickness resulting from being transported. This stress can ignite illnesses such as hypoglycemia (sugar drop) or

coccidia (dormant in most live animals). Seller also does not guarantee the puppy to be “worm-free”, as this is an on-going
process that, once the animal is out of our control, is the responsibility of Buyer. Please watch your puppy closely and make
sure it is eating regularly and is playful and active. Buyer understands that small puppies require EXTRA CARE and
attention to remain healthy. This puppy is not to be handled by small children or excessively by adults. Seller has informed
Buyer of the signs of hypoglycemia and these other stress-induced opportunists and has supplied written documentation both
via email and physically about how to care for their new puppy and instructed Buyer to call a licensed veterinarian for
immediate care. By signing this document, Buyer acknowledges receipt of said written documentation and accepts all
responsibility for the puppy. Seller will not be responsible for the puppy becoming hypoglycemic resulting in death or any
permanent damage as a subsequent result. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
VETERINARY COSTS THAT BUYER HAS INCURRED.

All of our puppies have completed their regimen of immunization to their age appropriate shot schedule at time of delivery. It
is the Buyer’s responsibility to set up an ongoing appropriate vaccination schedule with your vet. We assume no responsibility
for any illness to other household pets resulting in being exposed to our puppies. The introduction of a new pet into the
household is the responsibility of Buyer. Seller hereby makes a very strong recommendation against vaccinating against
leptospirosis as it has been known to cause adverse reactions in small breeds, including death.

Because we feel so strongly about keeping your puppy as healthy as possible and we feel that providing a premium, holistic

dog food is imperative to your dog’s nutritional health and long-life, Buyer agrees to only feed Life’s Abundance dog food,

treats and supplements for at least the first year of life, and to keep the dog in good physical condition with regular vet
checkups and treatment, grooming and exercise. You have made a substantial “investment” with your new puppy, high-
quality maintenance will ensure a long and healthy life.

If Buyer complies with all of the terms contained within this agreement, then Seller warrants the health of the puppy for the
first year of life against genetic hereditary life-threatening genetic defects involving the heart, liver and kidneys. If during this
first year a replacement puppy is deemed necessary due to an identified genetic life-threatening defect, the replacement will be
made for the same or less value of puppy, unless Buyer prefers to pay the difference for a more valuable puppy. However,
Buyer must return the original puppy along with all registration papers, immunization papers, microchip registration papers,
etc. In the unlikely event that a death occur, a necropsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of the report
forwarded to Seller for review by Seller's veterinarian before determining if a replacement is to be made. If our veterinarian
concurs, we will replace your puppy as soon as one is available. All expenses are at Buyer's expense including the licensed
veterinarian tests, professional diagnosis and necropsy, if applicable, as well as the return shipping and shipping of the
replacement puppy. If the puppy becomes ill and the owner has the puppy euthanized without our prior consent, no
replacement will be made.

If full breeding rights have been agreed upon by Buyer & Seller, the Seller warrants the puppy will be clear from Progressive
Retinal Atrophy (PRA). If this dog is found to have developed PRA, a replacement puppy will be made for the same or less
value of puppy (unless Buyer prefers to pay the difference for a more valuable puppy), at the Seller’s convenience. The
diagnosis must be performed by a licensed veterinarian practicing in opthamology. Seller reserves the right to have the dog
reassessed by a licensed veterinarian practicing in opthamology as a second opinion before offering the replacement to be
made. Buyer must return the original puppy along with a copy of the diagnosis, the dog’s original AKC registration papers,
immunization papers, microchip registration papers, etc. All expenses are at Buyer's expense including the licensed
veterinarian tests, professional diagnosis, as well as the return shipping and shipping of the replacement puppy.

Seller cannot, and does not, guarantee breeding abilities, size, or quality of show. This includes all “faults” of any kind. In
addition, Seller cannot guarantee that declaws will not re-grow and will not be responsible for any vet charges the Buyer may
incur in removing dewclaws or tail docking. Buyer agrees that the puppy will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop,
animal shelter, research laboratory or other similar facility. Should Buyer decide they can no longer care for the puppy, Buyer
agrees to notify Seller immediately.

Should Buyer have any issues, Buyer agrees to address the matter in an entirely private manner with Seller. Specifically,
Buyer and Seller both agree not to make any derogatory comments on any blog, website, social media site or group or any
other internet postings.

The pictures which Seller emails to Buyer are of a professional quality, taken by a professional. Buyer does not have
permission to alter these photos in any way, nor does Buyer have permission to attempt to resell any puppy acquired from
Seller using any of these pictures. Using any of Sellers photos without our permission will automatically void this guarantee.

IN THE EVENT THAT THIS DOG IS MISTREATED, NEGLECTED, ABUSED IN ANY WAY, KEPT OUTSIDE IN
EXTREME HEAT OR EXTREME COLD CONDITIONS OR KEPT ON WIRE FLOORING, SELLER HAS THE RIGHT
TO REPOSSESS THE DOG IMMEDIATELY, WITH NO NOTICE TO BUYER, ALONG WITH ANY RECOGNIZED

KENNEL REGISTRATION PAPERS (AKC) PAPERS (IF APPLICABLE), MICROCHIP RECORDS, AND HEALTH
RECORDS.
THIS DOCUMENT IS A LEGALY-BINDING DOCUMENT. ANY COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES NECESSARY
TO ENFORCE THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE PAID BY BUYER IN THE STATE OF IDAHO AND THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF IDAHO COUNTRY OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION OF
THIS CONTRACT.
THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES TO ORIGINAL OWNER (BUYER) ONLY, AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. THERE ARE
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT AS CONTAINED HEREIN.
I, the Buyer of a puppy from Idaho Jewels Poodles & Yorkies, hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of this
document. Further, I accept all terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders contained herein
and I waive and relinquish any other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. Buyer acknowledges
by signing below, that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this agreement in its entirety.
