LAPPL SB2 Legal Enrollment Instructions

How to Register for
LAPPL’s SB2 Enhanced
Legal Plan

1. Go to lapplbenefits.com and
login using your LAPPL login
credentials. (Note: LAPRA login
credentials will not work)

2. Click Yes to agree to the
acknowledgements.

3. Enter your Personal Contact
Preferences.

4. Click on “Change My
Benefits”.

5. Click on the Life Event
Dropdown List. And Choose
“Year Round Long Term
Disability and Legal”.

6. Enter today’s date as effective
date change.

7. Click on Start Change.
8. Review your LTD Election,
click Looks Good.

9. If you are already enrolled
in the LAPPL Legal Plan, your
screen should look like this:

10. To choose the SB2 Enhanced
Legal Plan, click the Edit button
in the “Plan Selected” section.

11. Click on the Select button for
the SB2 Enhanced Legal Plan,
click Next.

12. Review your LAPPL Legal
Plan Selection and click Looks
Good.
13. If you are not enrolled in the
LAPPL Legal Plan, your screen
will look like this (see next
pages):

14. Click the “I Want Coverage”
button, click Next.
15. Click on the Select button for
the SB2 Enhanced Legal Plan,
click Next.

16. Review your LAPPL Legal
Plan Selection and click Looks
Good.

17. To Finish, click the Approve
button at the bottom of the
Review Enrollment screen.
