Period 1
My Birth !
I was born at the Charter
Suburban Medical Center in
Paramount CA, at 12:58 pm. I was
6lbs, 11oz, and 19in. My mother
had to have an emergency
cesarean section (c-section),
and eventually birth me in room
307c. As for me I am my mother’s
second child, so she had
already done this before. She
even already had lots of
experience as to how to take
care of me. She was very excited
when I came out of her because
she was in lots of pain and of
course she was happy that it
was over. It was a very long 9
month process to create me, but
now it’s over and I am now a very
healthy 13 year old girl who’s
happy to be here on earth.
My First Field trip
I was so excited to go on my very first field trip of
course, because I was 5 years old in kindergarten! I
had never been on a field trip before because this was
my first year at public school so you know I was
pumped. There was so many kindergarten students,
and plus we also invited our big buddies who were 5th
graders.. My big buddies names were Taylor and Zoe. I
was so happy that they were going to be with us that I
had a smile on my face all day. For our field trip we
walked to Hemingway Park and had a big barbeque. As
we were walking you could hear the sounds of cars
driving by, honking horns, and our teacher
Mrs.Verceles telling us to stay away from the street.
We finally arrived and the aroma of sand and cement
rushed past my nose. After we were all situated we
were dismissed by our teacher Mrs.Verceles,
Ms.Harris, and Mrs.Nakata to go play. Everyone was
running the playground like a bunch of ants and you
can hear the laughter of little 5 year olds having the
time of their lives. There was lots of music, and sand
being tossed everywhere I even had some in my hair.
The whole day I hung out with my friend Aaryn and her
big buddies. Together we played tag , rock climbed,
took turns on the swings ect. Soon it was time to walk
back to school so that we could go home. We were all
extremely tired, had dirty hands, and loads of sand
inside of our shoes. After a long walk we finally made it
back to school and as soon as I got into the car with
my mom off to sleep I went. We had so much fun I wish
I could do it again.
My Las Vegas Trip !
The very first time of I left the state was a
vacation to remember. I went to Las Vegas
with my family for a yearly football
tournament, also known as “pylon”. I was 11
years old and I had never been so I was
ecstatic. The drive was very long and It felt
like we were diving for forever. When we first
arrived I was in awe. There was so many bright
lights, different variations of people, lots
music blasting left to right, and traffic. It was
so colorful, I had never seen anything like it. It
was also very cold and windy so I had worn a
sweater almost everyday. For our stay we
slept in the SLS hotel. It was very spacious,
and I stayed here with my mom and brother.
We also visited one of Las Vegas’s most
famous attractions Circus Circus
adventuredome. Inside there was kids
everywhere. It smelled of popcorn and hot
dogs and there was it was loud and chaotic. It
sounds like I would be very happy to be there,
but I definitely was not ! The reason being was
that I had lost my little brother. I had gotten in
so much trouble but we finally found him.
Other things I did was go to many food places.
I had tried many different foods that I had
never tried before. For example sushi. It was
really good and didn't taste fishy at all. The
food was great and I had lots of fun. I can't wait
to go again.
Graduating 5th Grade
I graduated the 5th grade June 2,
2015. I was sooo excited because I was
getting older and going to middle
school. Preparing for this day was very
hectic because our classes were very
big. The students were all hyper and
ready to go out on stage so of course
everyone was everywhere. During the
graduation we went out and performed
songs, read speeches, and gave
awards. My parents were so proud of
me especially because I made gold
honor roll. At the end of our show I was
very sad to be leaving my teacher
Ms.Woodruff and all of my friends.
Overall I had a good time and was very
proud of all that I accomplished. To
celebrate after the day was over I went
out to eat at and Chinese for restaurant
called Wakanoes and went to Knott’s
Berry Farm with 3 of my friends.
