The Burning Earth b5 y Atharav Singhania
WARNING WARNING WARNING !
The Earth is giving us warning.
Earth was so beautiful,
Full of life.
Earth provides you what you need ,
Home to live , Food to eat ,
The medicine to cure ,
Candy to eat ,
Water for life ,
Rain for dance.
BUT BUT BUT
What have you done
Human beings, what have you
done ?
Are you human ?
I sometimes I doubt .
You use me as I am not yours ,
You litter me from land to sky ,
You kill me from deep to high ,
I gave you what I had ,
Love and care.
Now I will give you ,
What you have given to me ,
Pollution and Global Warming.
STOP STOP STOP!
You will regret ,
What you did.
Love me as I am your home, and
I will love you back as you are my Boss.

The magnificent building filled with knowledge and fun
by Geetika Phulvani
As I enter the school gate,
I feel so great.
The first bell rings at eight,
I dart to the class since I don’t want to be last
School is so fun I don’t know where to start,
The classes, the sports court, our teachers who make us smart.
We enjoy activities like music ,dance and art,
But sports is my favorite part.
Classes are necessary for our future,
So that we can become smarter.
The noise that we create annoys our teacher,
But we keep talking to each other.
Talking to friends is the best,
Especially when they help you
when you are stressed.
Homework might make you lack rest,
But it will help you in the upcoming test.
School is education and fun,
All in one.
When you grow up you’ll remember
the memories of school,
So enjoy school all you can.

Oh Pandemic by Devanshi Harkawat
Pandemic, pandemic,
do not come and harm us,
I like to spend more time with my family but ,
I am missing school,
I want to go back to school,
During this lockdown,
I became more creativity,
Enjoyed this side ,
I got the wings to dream,
But I wish this lockdown ends soon,
And we get back to our daily routine,
I know we all are feeling blue,
But not to worry as good days will be here
soon !!!!!

Life’s Journey b9 y Vivaan Sharma
Poster and Drawing created by Vivaan Sharma
Life’s journey is always tough,
On the paths which are very rough.
Ups and downs,
Downs and ups,
, Sometimes smooth and sometimes bluff.
But whatever it takes,
And whatever it makes,
I will always have courage enough,
To walk along with my life,
In all the situations,
Whether easy or tough.
Life’s journey is sometimes full of pain,
And sometimes it’s full of joy’s rain.
Winning & losing
Success & failures ,
Are just like a coin's two faces.
But whatever it takes,
Whatever it makes,
I will never stop and will sustain,
Will walk along with my life,
As nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Life’s journey is sometimes gloomy,
And sometimes amazing & bloomy
Pain & gain,
Again & again ,
Comes like flash and goes like splash
But whatever it takes,
Whatever it makes,
I will never stop and will maintain,
The pace of my life,
Which will be constant & sustained..

Nature’s Beauty by Nysa Khemka
We see trees,
Mountains, oceans and seas.
The soothing breeze,
and the humming bees.
The mountains stand tall,
Beside the waterfalls.
Oh beautiful nature,
Are you in danger?
Can I help,
Please tell me or I'll Yelp.
Oh nature God,
Oh nature God,
With trees you are our only lord,
With trees you are our only lord.
High tides of water,
Or a mountain’s daughter.
The sweetest honey,
Always cost’s double the money.
All is found,
In nature bound.
Are you in danger?
Oh beautiful nature.
Call out to me,
And it will be.
Oh nature God,
Oh nature God,
With trees you are our only lord,
With trees you are our only lord.
A tree filled with coconut
Or a squirrel with a chestnut
Roads made with blocks of bricks
And jungles which are quite thick
Nature is our only God
Though It might seem very odd
Though It may seem very odd

Day and life by Sid11dhi Kumari Johari
When I take a moment
And think about the creator of natur
The power, ingenuity, and the sheer beauty
Found in nature fascinates me.
Our life is just like a day.
Morning is birth, midday is adolescence
evening is old and night is death.
As the dawn seeped into my room.
The first ray of sunlight lit my heart and room.
A new fresh day has just begun.
I step into my garden to welcome the sun,
the dew drops on the grass wash my feet
And wind whistles in my ear.
Another day has dawned,
bringing with it new hopes and aspirations.
A blazing midday sun shown on the hikers,
creating mysterious shadows throughout the trees.
Blue sky with fluffy clouds, drifting lazily with the gentle breeze,
Road shimmered in the heat.
As the evening approaches
slanting rays of the sun give a warm orange tinge
to the sky, as if the sky was blazed with fire.
And yet the world’s wonder is all around,
the wonder of setting sun and twinkling stars.
Ready to light the world in the darkness of the night.
Great is the art of beginning.
But greater is the art of ending
Life is a gift of nature, comes and
goes away just like a day
In the dark world, unknown to us.

As I grew up by Vedant Koolwal
The day I was born,
My mom held me in her arms,
And my family couldn't be calm
They bought me toys and suits to
dress me up,
They told me,
I used to relish this but soon I use to get fed up.
As I grew up and rode my bicycle,
after getting tired Gosh!
sleeping on moms lap was the best feeling,
Looking at me going to the school was a treat to their eyes,
And soon I realized that I am prince charming for them,
Everyone thinks that I am on seventh heaven at home,
But I am on cloud nine when I'm in the dome,
Yes the dome of my school,
CASTLE BUILDING,
I miss my teachers and the lengthy conversation with my friends,
Going to canteen was a trend,
The tables are waiting the windows are banging
Parks are empty and quite swings are hanging
But I don't know how?
I pray to god that we get out of this situation,
And return to real castle soon.

My dear Mom,
You embraced me with wide-open arms
and excitement,
Your words are sweeter than the honey

Meeting God by Veerangana Singh
The busy streets of Kolkata seemed busier that day
as ambulances police cars and onlookers gathered by
a car accident. In the middle of it all was 23 year
old Maya covered in her own blood. Sirens blared as
she was immediately rushed to the hospital. The
doctors tried their best to help her but they could-
n’t revive her. Unfortunately she continued to slip
and sunk into coma.
In the state of coma Maya’s subconscious mind awoke to a land full of
fluffy clouds. She wondered what happened and where she was. All
she could see around her was mist. When the mist cleared she real-
ized she was in front of a humongous palace. Overcome with curiosity
she climbed up a tall staircase leading to the palace. When she went
inside she saw God seated on a golden throne . The angels took her to
a seat. Then God said ” I have been watching you for a long time .”
Then Maya asked him why she was there. God replied with a smile on
his face ” I want you to be a better person. You are unkind and you al-
ways scream at people for petty things. You would have gone to hell
but I want to give you a second chance.” As he spoke various incidents
flashed before her eyes and she realized her mistakes . She hung her
head as she apologized to God . God accepted her apology and told her
he’d send her back to Earth. With a snap of his fingers she disap-
peared.
At the hospital she awoke with a jolt . She was back at the hospital.
She saw the nurses , the doctor and her parents. She was overjoyed
to see them and promised she would be a better person. And to this
day she is the kindest person you could ever meet.

The monkey and the chick1e6 n by Vevaan Baid
It was a dark cold winter night in the big city. A cheeky
monkey was shivering as he was walking down a dark
lane. It was so dark that one could see anything. While
walking he tripped over a creepy fat cat.
“Ah! The monkey yelled as he fell and hit the bottom.
Splash! “ yuck! I am covered with stinky litter and goo!”
the monkey had fallen into a deep dark stinky sewer. He
was trapped and terrified because he could not get out.
A little while later a foolish chicken walked by and saw
the monkey down in the sewer. “ Hey monkey! What are
you doing down there?” asked the chicken. “ Hi chicken!
Come down here so we can play and have a nice
swim!” said the monkey. “ I don't know, what is the awful
smell?” asked the chicken. The monkey replied,” it is so
nice down here. The water is warm and clean. It is only
stinky up there.”
So the silly chicken decided to jump down into the deep
dark stinky sewer. As soon as he did, the monkey quick-
ly jumped onto the chicken’s back and climbed out of
the sewer leaving the brainless chicken behind. The
chicken yelled to the monkey, “ Help me!” The monkey
just laughed and ran away leaving the chicken in the
cold dark stinky sewer.

The Three Little Wonders- A New Adventure
by Deeva Gupta
Once upon a time there were three little won-
ders named Peter, Patter and Plum. All three of
them were identical triplets. They did many things together
and loved each other infinitely but this time they were up to
something else. On Eighth February it was Peter’s, Patter’s
and Plum’s birthday and all of them planned a surprise birth-
day party for each other. On Seventh February all of them
were busy making plans without their brother’s knowing about
it. Peter was in his room in the bed pretending to sleep. Pat-
ter was in the bathroom pretending to take a bath. Plum was
in the kitchen pretending to make jam for himself even
though he didn't like it at all, this was it. At 12 noon all of
them went out one by one for some or the other excuse. Pe-
ter went to order a white forest cake while Patter was there
buying decorations for the surprise and Plum was calling all
their friends.
At 12:30pm their work was finally done. So now Peter went to
call all the friends while Plum purchased decorations and Pat-
ter went for ordering the white forest cake but when they
all were to the conclusion of their respected work like Peter
reached at his friends place so they said “you came just right
now to tell us about the surprise” but he insisted that he did-
n't. The situation was exactly the same for both of them on
the billing counter. The person said that they came right now
but they didn't do well that's what they say.
After it was 1 pm they switched places again but unknowingly.
23

24
Now Peter was purchasing decorations while Patter was call-
ing their friends and Plum went for ordering a white forest
cake. Well that’s what happened.
The next morning all of them woke early and gave each other
gifts at 9 am. They were out of the house to get their white
forest cakes but they didn't meet cause there were some
distractions for Peter and Patter next it was just Peter so
they didn't meet each other and they took variant routes for
reaching home. After reaching home they all hid their cakes
in their rooms.
At 10 am all their friends were at the place. They all deco-
rated different rooms for their brothers and finally they all
got to know that three rooms were decorated three white
forest cakes were ordered and they called their friends

The Grand Tree by Aarna Gupta
Once there was a girl named Krystie. Krystie
and her family used to live in L.A, since her
dad died, there were only three members in
her family, her mom, herself, and her dog
Humphrey. She was very careless with trees
and their supplies. Krystie used to waste pa-
per a lot. Even if she made a single mistake
and had lot of space for writing in it, she
would still use another piece of paper. But otherwise Krystie was
a very sweet and focused girl. Krystie’s mom always used to tell
her about deforestation but she would always say “Mom, defor-
estation is literally nothing and I don’t even care about it.” Every
time she would say this her mom would get very disappointed with
her. Eve after few years went by Krystie was just the same.
Even though she knew how harmfully deforestation affects our
Earth, Krystie wouldn’t even care to take any action over it. One
day Krystie was strolling around in the nearby park with Humph-
rey. Krystie and Humphrey were on their way to the house and
suddenly Krystie heard a scream saying “Help me, someone!”
Krystie ran with Humphrey looking for the person screaming and
right there she heard it again, it was a tree! Krystie was very
confused and determined how she could hear it. She ran to that
tree and shouted “Stop it! don’t hurt the tree! It has been here
for years, we kids love this tree, we are here all day, you can’t
just cut it and just leave!”. Krystie runs back to the Grand Tree
and says “Hey Mr. Tree, are you alright?” he replied “Yes, thank
you for saving me and please call me Grandy” “Nice to meet you
Grandy!” said Krystie in excitement
25
25
26
They both had a long conversation and were great friends
at the end of the day. A few days later The Grand Tree
didn’t seem as happy as usual, Krystie woke up, changed,
and went out with Humphrey on a walk as an excuse to
meet the grand tree. She ran and hugged Grandy saying
“Hey Grandy! Good Morning”, Krystie looked at his sad
face and asked, “What Happened?”. “My friends, they’re
all gone!” said Grandy sadly. Krystie was feeling bad and
asked “What happened to them? Could I be of any help to
bring them back?” he replied while crying “No! It's all be-
cause of deforestation. Deforestation brings our life to
an end, the Earth’s flora will be ruined, oxygen levels will
be reduced, the Earth would become barren in coming
years, if humans keep cutting us down, soon there will be
no life on Earth, Its time that people should take action.
Krystie was extremely shocked to hear him out and
said, “Please don’t cry, I will definitely help. Krystie ran
home with Humphrey, she gathered as many things as she
could for making badges, posters, etc. to spread aware-
ness about importance of plants in our life. She even
started a campaign and made handmade products to use
instead of paper. She told all of her friends, cousins, un-
cles, and aunts about deforestation, and within a period
of 2-3 years she grew over a thousand trees! She turned
into a very sensible person and after knowing about the
harms of deforestation she also started caring about
trees around her.

He used to feel very depress inside but never ex-
pressed his feelings to anyone. On the other hand Shion, a girl

teachers.
Story takes a turn around when they become Gods.
One day Leo woke up and was greeted by the ceiling. He then
completed all his morning routine tasks. Made breakfast and cof-
fee. Later took his stuff and left for Oak hills.
On the other hand Shion who was still eating her breakfast just
then her mom came in and said ,“Eat fast or you will miss first
period at school.”
After finishing her breakfast she left for school.
When she reached there she saw Leo. She always thought some-
thing was strange about him but never really went up to him. In
the first period Leo came late and the teacher Iruka said
“Leo why are you late again?”
To this Leo replied ”I got lost on the path of life”
“Well sit down” said Iruka
After school was over Leo just went back to his house where he
really interacted with anyone. Soon he went to sleep as he was
tired throughout the day and her subconscious mind he met the
God.

Soon Leo and Shion graduated and joined a secret organization that have
highly trained people named as the Anbu who use to kill bad people.
Leo thought two years ago he was just a student now he is a part of an
organization, which aims at creating a beautiful world. But soon Leo was
snapped out of his thoughts and saw a wielder with only half of God
powers. Leo hadn't seen her since from where she blew his cover and
told everyone he was a God.
Leo went up to her and asked series of questions
"What are you doing here”
“What do you mean it is my last day”
“What is your mission?”
When they reached the place they saw few bandits stealing money and
valuable from a banker at a gun point. Leo caught hold of them asked
the reason behind doing all this.
Leo ended up putting them behind the bars.

Let’s Go Wild For Wildlife
by Maithili
Like forests, wildlife is also a national resource, which not
only helps in maintaining the ecological balance but is also
beneficial for the economical increase of our world. There
was a time when human interference was minimal, the num-
ber of wild animals was quite high and there was no problem
of their protection or conservation. But, with the expansion
of agriculture, settlement, industrial and other developmen-
tal activities and mainly due to greed of man, the number of
wild animals gradually became lesser and lesser. With the
result that several species of animals have become extinct
and several, others are on the verge of being so.
Deforestation is also one of the main reasons for the loss of
wildlife. Mass killings of wild animals for their meat, bones,
fur, teeth, hair, skin, etc., are going on throughout the
world. Therefore, the need for wildlife conservation has now
become a necessity. Population growth, expansion of agricul-
ture and livestock raising, building of cities and roads, and
pollution are among the many pressures on the natural habi-
tat of
wildlife.
Some steps in the direction of wildlife conservation could be
as follows:
(i) To survey and collect all the information about wildlife,
especially, their number and growth.
(ii) To protect habitat by protecting forests.
(iii) To delimit the areas of their natural habitat.

Global warming villain of world by Garvit Pareek
The cumulative rise in average global tem-
peratures on Earth over a long period of
time is referred to as global warming. It
has been attributed to large-scale defor-
estation by humans for a variety of rea-
sons. Natural resources are few, and we
must use them wisely. We our creating an
imbalance in the environment . The term
"global warming" refers to more than just
an increase in temperature. The primary
cause of global warming is the use of fos-
sil fuels for energy. It has been observed
that the average global temperature has risen by 1.5 degrees
Celsius during the last decade. This is cause for concern because
it has the potential to harm ecosystems and disturb the environ-
ment.
Natural calamities such as storms, floods, and avalanches are
wreaking havoc in many parts of the world. All of these occur-
rences are directly related to global warming. We must restore
our ecosystem to protect our environment from the adverse con-
sequences of global warming. Man has been plundering natural re-
sources without giving anything back to the Earth. This must be
stopped. We must all work together to make the world a better
place for our children and grandchildren, who deserve it just as
much as we do. Planting trees is the most fundamental step we
can take to improve the general health of our planet. Our first
focus should be on planting more tress.
