Swiss-Belhotel International has grown steadily
despite turbulent political and economic times
in many of the regions.

We have grown by listening to our investors, gauging local issues

Swiss-Belhotel International makes the most of the rich

Our philosophy began with our first property in China in 1987.
Soon after, we established our first properties in Indonesia
and Malaysia - then Vietnam and the Philippines.
‘Our first Australian property followed and in 2006 Swiss-Belhotel
International began operating in New Zealand, Europe, and the
