• Clean blue mats (tag with the brand from the corner facing down)
• Side plates plus butter knives at the right edge of the side plate,
sharpened side of the knife facing left hand side
• Starter and Main course cutlery plus dessert spoon (double check for
cleanliness i.e. waterdrops)
• Tea/Coffee cups on the right hand side with the handle of the cup and
the teaspoon handle at 17:00 o clock
• White folded napkin with folded side facing the guest as seen in the
picture
• Breakfast & drinks menu slightly opened situated at the top corner of
the table
• Salt and Pepper mills
• Flowerpot in the middle
• Milk jug on the right hand side
• Sugar pot on the left hand side
• Rectangular plate with jams and UNSALTED Butter (4x jams: Apricot,
Orange Marmalade, Pure Honey, Strawberry and 2x unsalted butter)
Afternoon Tea Setup:

with the brand engravement from the base facing the guest

Lunch Setup:
