John Luster,
I will always remember the day I graduated from nursing school. Chairman
I could not have been happier. For nearly 20 years, I held nursing

Fast forward to 2013. When I came to NRMC to accept the CEO position, I did so with the intention of Russell Rachal
helping to transform a good hospital into a great one. I was honored and humbled to be at the helm of
NRMC that generations have spent their lives building. What an awesome legacy. The first task was to NRMC
create a vision for the future of NRMC, and so the Board, Leadership Team, Associates, physicians and Leadership Team
volunteers worked together to create our vision and goals. What we have accomplished as a team since
then is truly amazing, and we seem to gain even more momentum with each day. Kirk Soileau,
Chief Executive Officer
As I look around our hospital and see the robotics program, wound care, pain management center,
walk in clinic which we’ve put in place, and the new physicians who have come on board, I know we are Brad McCormick,
moving in the right direction. I also look at the growth we’ve experienced in terms of patient volumes. Chief Financial Officer
Wow! And I look at the economic impact we are making on the region’s economy. Here’s a snapshot of Dawna DeBlieux,
