I am pleased to offer you employment at Orlando Health in the position of Cash Receipts Analyst I
reporting to Marjory Molina in the Patient Accounting - Acute department. Your status will be Full-
Time on the First shift. Your effective start date will be June 27, 2022 with orientation beginning on
June 27, 2022. Your starting  rate will be USD $19.00/Hr.You will be paid bi-weekly.

This offer of employment is contingent upon your successful completion of an online job

All team members are in a probationary period for the first 90 days of employment. If you are
discharged for unsatisfactory work performance during the probationary period, Orlando Health
