HONEY FOR HEALTH Honey is often sold as a healthy alternative to regular sugar, which has numerous negative eff ects on one’s health. (1) Bees store the honey in wax structures called honeycombs. The market is fl ooded with many varieties of honey, based on the plant source, the extraction method and whether it is raw or pasteurised. (2) There are more than 300 types of honey that exist today with each one boasting of health and nutritional benefi ts. Clover honey, like many of the other types of honey, is popular. It has strong antioxidant properties and is originally from New Zealand like the famous Manuka honey. They can get by on their own and keep clean by licking themselves. They are aff ectionate and playful at the same time but one has to be cautious of their sharp claws. Many people are allergic to cats so one needs to spend time with a cat in a pet shop before bringing one home. B Rabbits Rabbits are generally clean animals, rarely get sick and have their own personality. They are adorable and cuddly but require a lot of attention. They require a diet that is low in energy, calcium and protein but high in fi bre. Rabbits can live alone. C Dogs Dogs are the most popular pets in the world. These animals are well-known for being loyal and loving. They are sturdy, faithful and devoted to their owners. But of all pets, dogs require the most work. The owner has to clean the aquarium or fi sh bowl frequently so that the water is clean and the fi sh are healthy. They are easy to feed too. E Birds Birds are entertaining, colourful, interesting and entertaining pets. The most common kept birds are the canary and parrot. Birds are wonderful companions and can live for up to dozens of years. They are also delicate animals that need to be cared for carefully. F Hamsters Hamsters are small, cute and can fi t in your hands. That is why they should be kept in a cage as one can easily step on them.
