Leads Leads are the potential customer of an organization. These are mainly the queries dropped in for the company to revert to in a promising manner such that the individual is convinced about the plans they have chosen. Clients Clients are the active customers of the organization who are listed under this subsection of the Customers module. This section records the data for each individual. It includes name, email, status, creation date along with few more options which include viewing, editing, and deletion. Employees An employee is an individual who agrees to offer their services in exchange for wages or other agree to compensation. This Employee section under the HR Module offers space to record individuals' required data which are saved in the organization's database for future references Leaves Leaves Section compiles the combined data for the leaves taken by all the employees of the organization. This data can easily be viewed either as a list form or a calendar form. Attendance The Attendance Section under the HR Module compiles the entire attendance for the organization's employees in an easy-to-view format, It also offers the option to view the attendance record in member-view format which can be chosen by the user as per their convenience. Holidays The holiday section under the HR Module records the information available for official holidays as per the company requirements. It includes holiday details for National holidays, Festival Holidays, any company-centric holidays, weekends/off-days, etc. Contracts The contract is a legally binding agreement that defines and governs the rights and duties between or among parties. It is legally enforceable when it meets the requirements of applicable law. It typically involves the exchange of goods, services, money, or a promise of any of these. Projects A project is an undertaking, carried out individually or collaboratively and possibly involving research or design, that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. Tasks The Tasks sheet under the Work Module handles information for all the tasks assigned to the team or individuals respectively. This section compiles all the data for the tasks and thus, covers the overall progress of the chosen project. Time Logs The Time Logs panel under the Work Module mainly focuses on recording the time required for the individual task that is recorded in the database which later adds together to calculate the total time logged in for projects individually. This section helps in calculating the average of time taken to complete tasks when reports are generated for analysis. Proposal The proposal is mainly for Leads. This section holds all the proposed budget along with the project details that were presented by the lead. Once the proposal presented is approved, then it can be converted into a contract and the lead can be changed into a client. Estimates Estimates are documentation concerning the expected monetary expenditure that might be spent while working on the project presented to the client before proceeding. It allows a platform for the two parties to decide, discuss, and negotiate on the expenditures for the project before starting it. It also allows transparent conversations about the products and prices of products being consumed. It helps in avoiding future discrepancies between them as every step is discussed before its initiation. Invoices An invoice is a commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer relating to a sale transaction and indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller had provided to the buyer. The payment terms are mentioned on the invoice. Payments The payments section is mainly responsible for recording all the transactions made to the organization by the clients. The data is recorded in a tabular format for convenience. It records details such as the concerning project, invoice number, order number, amount, payment date, the status of payment along with editing, viewing, and deleting options. The data can be filtered depending on the project name, or status of the payment. Credit Notes Credit Notes are the amount of an invoice that isn't refunded but recorded in the database such that it is redeemed by the client in their next invoice/payment. This is created when any paid invoice is canceled for certain reasons then this is not refunded instead it is converted into a credit note which can be redeemed on the next payment. Expenses Expenses are a few extra expenditures that an employee spends for the completion of tasks or projects concerning the organization. This section records the expense data that employees feed in for redemption from the organization. It records the fed-in data in a tabular manner consisting of information such as item name, price, employee details, purchased from, purchased date, status, and a few extra options including viewing, editing, and deletion. Products The products section mainly holds the information/list of the generic products/services that are sold by the company and can be directly bought by the clients as per their needs. These can be directly bought by the client depending on their requirements, these services can also be added to a specific project taken up by the client. On every purchase of product(s) offered by the organization, an invoice is generated. Orders Orders are mainly an instruction to buy or sell on a trading venue. The order module in the software records the list of all the received orders in a tabular manner under the admin panel and orders that are placed under the client panel. The tabular content contains all the necessary details regarding the details including the order number, amount, order date, status, and other details. Tickets Tickets are a source to raise any problem, query, incident-related discussion, or any point by client/customer/employee which needs discussion. Messages A message is a form of communication containing information, news, advice, request, or some other data sent by messenger via email, telephone, or other means of communication. This space records messages shared between two or more parties regarding any sort of information concerning the organization or individuals. This space allows easy communication without using any third-party platform instead within the same space as for other data organizations. Notice Board Notice is a signed document that holds important and necessary information for all the concerned members and Notice Board is a space that collects all the notices in one space for all the members. It cumulated data in a tabular manner which has brief details when overviewed and detailed information when accessed properly. Report The reports section is a cumulative analysis for all the stored data in the system's database, and Task Report, Time Log Report, Finance Report, Income vs Expense Report, Leave Report, Attendance Report stores similar data for all the data stored concerning tasks alone.
