reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to
management
o Provide safety consultations on regular civil works.
o Leading Firefighting & First Aid Teams.

 Maintenance & civil services of TRA building & premises:

o Responsible for all maintenance & civil work services required for
TRA head quarter building and all other premises.

o Contract renewals (negotiations, drafting contract & internal
approvals).

 Administrative Support:

o Coordinate with different organizations & bodies to achieve Admin
Department’s goals and objectives.

o Preparation of admin Annual budget.
o Issuance/Renewal of expatriate employees and their families’

documents such as visas, labor cards, health cards & different types
of permits and authorizations.
o Overall responsibility of store keeping, hotel reservations & renting
vehicles and equipment.
o Finalizing all TRA transactions with various government bodies and
private sector establishments.

 Establishment of Safety & Security Department:

obtaining quotations, analyzing offers and issuing purchase requests.
 Formulation of a manual of processes for all admin tasks and activities
 Chief Supervisor of a website that focuses on Omani folklore.
