Business Policy  

 

 

Pl​ ease be on Time, be wary of other clients with appointments. :)  

Credit card will be needed in order to h​ old appointments.​ 30% of service will be required. 

If paying in cash you must arrive at salon and book your appointment and pay your service. 
Calling to book your appointment , will not ensure your spot must go to salon and pay the fee,to 
secure your spot. 

No extra people or kids.This will enhance your experience in a calm and comfortable way. Its your 
time to relOnly client can arrive on premises.  
You’ll be reminded a day before and immediately after booking. N​ o call no show w​ ill be charged 
50% of service. 
If l​ ate​ for more than 15 minutes you will have the option to reschedule, no extra time will be 
added.  

When rescheduling 100% of service will be charged.  
Cancellation​ f​ ee will be applied.  

Forms of Payment: We accept cash, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, No Checks  

If you wear contact lenses they must be removed. This will prevent your eyes from irritation .  

We have the right to refuse service. Our business does not do refunds.   

 

 

After care Instructions 

 

 

With novalash you can definitely wash your face and your lashes.
You can continue your regular routine. You can use your oil based
products with no hesitation.

Avoid picking and pulling your lashes

Avoid using eyelash curlers/heated ones as well. This will mess with
the lash extensions and cut the lifespan of the adhesive.

You can wear makeup as well around eyes, as long as you clean eye
area and lashes profoundly. Do avoid wearing waterproof mascara.
