Restrictions of Electric Conduit and Wires Arrangement 1.1 Electric Conduit - Electric Conduit shall be the joint coated with zinc which is manufactured specifically for using in electric conduit purpose and meet the industrial standard; - Electric Conduit shall be hided on the ceiling which has not been concreted. 1.2 Electric Conduit Installation - Wires corners are required to be securely decorated when they are cut - Electrical Conduit shall be connected in line from the beginning until switches board 1.3 Switches Box - Switches Box shall be a kind of a safety well- prepared item - Switched and Junctions Box shall be linked to the ground - Switches and Junction Box installed in a wet premise shall be a kind of a water proof 1.4 Wires Stringing - Lock Nut and Bushing needs to be compounded before stringing so as to protect insulating materials damage; - A wire cutting within the Switches Board is prohibited. 1.5 Installation of Lamp, Switches and Sockets


Central Pattana Public Company Limited 4 - Using of lamp as a connection from sub-conduit to other conduits is prohibited; - Steel lamp shall be linked to ground by connecting with Electric Conduit 1.6 Electrical & Communication System Floor Plan of Electrical System shall be required to contain the following details: - Lighting system illustrating separated electrical circuits, circuit identification and connection of each circuit with others; - Emergency lighting system - Electrical communication system (if any) - Electrical sockets system and all equipments in the shop including illustration of separated electrical circuits, circuit identification and connection of each circuit with others; - Signs of all electrical equipments with detailed electrical capacity watt and voltage including clear products specifications - Load Schedule illustrated electrical capacity of each circuit, size of Circuit Breaker and electrical conduit of each sub-circuit - Route of signal wires arrangements connected from an external space 1.7 Standard and Installation of parts and equipments shall be met the following criterion: - Regulations of Metropolitan Electricity Authority - Standards for installation of Electricity of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (Updated) - Ministry of Inferior Notification concerning Electricity Safety - Standard of NEC, NEMA, IEC, JIS, ANSI, DIN - Parts and equipments which are used in installation shall be new and up to manufacturing standard as specified by the Thai Industrial Standard Institute or standards as mentioned above, and to be in a good condition i.e. unused

Misuse of lamp and lightings e.g. Reflect type of fluorescent is using for beauty salon or clothes shop instead of office etc. In addition, Cool White or Warm White is recommended. - Fluorescent lamp shall be embedded in ceiling and covered by lamp so as to avoid direct reflection of light e.g. a design having a cover made from acrylic film or dulled white, embedded in gypsum sheet - Day Light shall be used for a limited premise. Warm White is to mixed to create a Cool White - Using of Down light i.e. Compact Fluorescent or Electric Filament, designer shall select the size of lamp to be suitable for the length of lamp i.e. lamp should not be extended from the lamp - Designer shall inform detailed types of lamp, lightings, and electric capacity which shall be used in flashing on the billboard, position, quantities and pattern for CPN engineering department approval before installation - All types of Discharge light e.g. fluorescent, moonlight are required a Ballast kind of a High Power Factor or Electronics Ballast, PF > 0.85. In addition, Ballast, Starter, Ignitor, Capacitor, Lamp and lighting shall be certified by Thai Industrial Standard Institute - Electric Lamp Installation

Lamp shall not be used as a junction between sub-circuit to other circuit • A wire in a lamp is required heat protection capacity at least 90 degree and surface premise is not less than 1.5 sq. mm. • Wires using with a lamp circuit shall not be smaller than 2.5 sq. mm. considered by distance and number of lamps. In the case of a big distance, bigger wires surface is required to reduce a low-capacity situation, which may occur. 1.13 Switches and Sockets - To install higher than 1.20 meters from the decorated floor to the center point of a box, except in the location where it is impossible to meet such condition the approval for adjustment shall be made as appropriated - Sockets installation is required a steel junction box with steel cover and frame. In the case the Lessee needs to decorate the ceiling, Heat Detector shall be moved to where it is installed under the ceiling. In the event the occupied space needs additional partitioned, supplementary Heat Detector is required up to a portion of not over 64 sq. m./ Heat Detector 1 set. Central Pattana Public Company Limited 15 2 Air Conditioning System 2.1 Air conditioning system’s designer shall always inspect following details of occupied space before designing: - AHU, Capacity BTUH, CFM - Location for installing AHU, cold water tube, waste tube - Existing position of wind tube and cold wind tube in the event the space was occupied and partly modified - Condition of insulation of wind tube, cold wind tube, cold water tube and waste tube 2.2 Details of air conditioning system planning shall illustrate: - Position of AHU, size and position of cold wind tube, ventilated wind circuit, head of cold wind and wind capacity - Position of Thermostat and Motor Starter Panel - Installation of Splitter Volume Damper at the crossing junction of wind tube, using for wind capacity adjustment as specified in the attachment herein 2.3 Specification of materials to be used for wind tube manufacturing/ Guidance for installation of wind tube in air conditioning and ventilation excluding smoke ventilator used in a kitchen - Steel sheet coated with zinc as a tube and steel as a sling connected to the tube - Thickness of materials shall meet the standard ASHRAE and SMAGNA. Folding and cutting of steel sheet shall be done by a cutter or folder machine specifically designed there of , especially the linkage between tubes shall be sealed - Tube size should be suitable for quantity of wind so as to avoid unpleasant sound - Installing positions of wind tube, cold wind tube head shall be appropriately designed according to the conditions under ASHRAE and SMAGNA. CPN engineering department shall reserve the rights to specify the conditions concerning size and position of Aperture for further maintenance even though the decoration is finished. - In the case position of Return Air Grille is distance from AHU, Return Duct shall be linked to AHU

The plan is to be submitted for approval prior to proceeding - It is urged to install Fire tank CO2 ,10 pounds, at least 1 tank per 100 sq. m., the excess of space is to be counted as 100 sq. m. Each occupied space shall be required at least 2 fire tanks, Foam type of fire tank, at least 1 tank, is required for restaurant.

Central Pattana Public Company Limited 26 4.4 Water Meter - Lessee has responsibility to install water meter before connecting water system to the project’s pipe. - Water meter used in the premise has to be calibrated and certified by Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (Thailand) (MWA) - Position to install water meter has to be easy for access and read. 4.5 Pipe Materials and Joints - Pipe is required to be a type of Galvanized Steel Pipe according to the Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) 277-2521, medium size, twisted or planned joint in accordance with the ANSI standard. Tolerance of twisted joint equipments shall not less than 125 pounds per square inch. According to the Thai Industrial Standard TIS 249-2520; - Type of Sewerage shall be PVC. Class 13.5 according to Thai Industrial Standard only; - Connecting of PVC pipe is required the WELD method; - Pipe covered by steel shall be used for kitchen works and connecting requires twisting method only. 4.6 Requirements of Piping and Installation - Piping shall be done craftily. Pipe lines are to be parallel with vertical and horizontal building; - Floor carving is not allowed; - Piping or other equipment hereof shall not be extended to other occupied space or center space; - Piping system e.g. floodgate, water meter, and other water equipments shall be in a proper position and shall be checked, read, measured and continently maintenance; - All Floor Drain points shall contain parts which filter waste and food meal prior to sewerage;

Cesspit’s capacity shall be suitable to work loads hereof i.e. cesspit having capacity not lower than 20 liters for general shops, but for restaurants and beauty salons require cesspit having capacity not lower than 80 liters and not lower than 120 liters in the event the occupied space of restaurants and beauty salons is exceeding 200 sq.m. etc. After installation cesspit shall be required from time-to time inspection and maintenance; - Connecting of sewerage to the Building’s main system shall be required a slope in proportion not less than 1:100 - Pipes shall be contained enough CLEAN OUT for maintenance and hole for service admission hereto; - In the case of waterspout using, the installation of cesspit shall be required prior going through the Building’s sewerage; - Absorption for protecting floor, wall base and threshold protection shall be covered to the area having water utilization or sewerage. Testing is to be established according to the standard stipulated by the Building. For restaurant, bakery shop, beverage shop, beauty salon, photo shop, and other business having water utilization shall install Waterproof Membrane by lifting the edge of all sides higher from the kitchen floor or the area having water utilization at not less than 20 cm.; - In the case of necessity for water utilization in the area having no a prepared sewerage, other nearby sewerage in appropriate distance shall be allowed provided that the Lessee shall install cesspit and 2 sets of Sump Pump which are automatically controlled and worked in lieu of each other in the event one of each is broken including Check Valve is needed


Central Pattana Public Company Limited 28 4.7 Assembly and installation of pipe and all equipments shall be complied with the following required standards: - ANSI B 16.5-Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings - API 600-Steel Gate Valve, Flanged End 4.8 Pipe Assembly - Pipe cutting, beveling, or facet shall be done by a specific equipment which 30 degree is required from vertical line; - Pieces of works cut by flaming, the flamed trace shall be wash off; - Inner side surface of pipe incurred by cutting shall be cleaned and decorated until the steel scraps left remaining therein before installation; - Types of pipe allowed for twisted connecting shall be Taper Thread and NPT Taper Pipe Treads NSI B 2. - In a process of Seal Weld, seal materials or tapes are not allowed to be used around twist area unless the cleaning process making oil and dirt free is established. 4.9 Pipe Connecting - Repair works shall be done craftily. Unfinished parts hereof shall be ultimately taken out and re-connected according to specified methods hereunder including re-tested as stated in Testing part; - Slag Welding Wire and damage or dirty flux material shall not be permitted for all kinds of welding work - Cleaning is required before welding in each layer so as to eliminate color, slag or dirt on welding line by using the cleaning liquid , brush, grinding wheel or likewise; - After welding, the welded lines shall be cleaned by eliminating Slag, Spatter or likewise;


Central Pattana Public Company Limited 29 - Grounding of welding machine shall be installed and be close to welding line as much as possible. It is urged not to let electricity pass valve, parts or other machines. To protect arc of grounding while welding is to weld next to ground line or leg and screw tightly; - Length of shortest pipe, from one welding line to another line, shall be longer than or equal to 1 time of pipe’s diameter. 4.10 Gas Pipe Inspection - Inspection of pipe’s tolerance shall be done by clean water. For the pipe which could not be inspected by water shall be changed the medium material to air or other inert gas; - Preparations: • All welded lines shall be inspected as specified hereunder; • Welding lines shall not contain color, rust, oil, or any dirt meal which create more difficulty in inspection; • For inspection of equipments which unable to bear with tolerance, or some kinds of medium materials i.e. water, gas , given that the plug and Blind Plate shall be used to part from equipments which are under inspection; • Closing valve method shall not be allowed to close the pipe which is under inspection. Blind Plate shall be thick enough to bear with tolerance as specified hereunder; • Using tolerance in inspection shall eliminate air at above part of pipe before increasing of tolerance. Pipe shall have a hole to let water out off the pipe after inspection is finished; • Tolerance meters shall be required at least 2 units so as to measure tolerance according to following requirements thereof: 1. Panel’s diameter shall not less than 4 inches 2. Figures distance shown on panel shall not be lower than 1.5 times and higher than 3 times of tolerance required for inspection


Central Pattana Public Company Limited 30 3. Pass an inspection appointed by the Lessee not exceeding 6 months from the date of welding work is started. Verification of Inspection shall be presented in a place which allows inspector to inspect time to time 4. CPN engineering department shall have the rights to reinspect the tolerance meter at any time which they think the meter does not work accurately • Tolerance meters shall be installed at the topmost and bottommost of the pipe - Tolerance Inspection • Tolerance inspection by water shall be required at 50 PSI • Tolerance inspection by air shall be required at 30 PSI • After increasing of tolerance up to the level eligible to inspection required hereof, maintaining of tolerance at this level for at least 1 hour in the case of inspection by water, and 15 minutes in the case of inspection by air is required. In the event inspection by air method, examination for seeping at any welded line is required by using soap liquid which is to be prepared by the Contractor; soap liquid will make bubbles when welded line is seeping.


Central Pattana Public Company Limited 31 4.11 Flushing Cleaning methods includes 2 steps i.e. cleaning by water and drying by air 1) Cleaning by water - Cleaning by using clean water which is approved by the CPN engineering department or Project Controller - Cleaning by water flowing through pipe system and checking outside water by using griddle to filter until there is nothing left on it. 2) Cleaning by air - Cleaning by air blowing through piping system until ultimately dry. After cleaning piping system shall be closed in order to protect dirt getting in the pipe Air Tightness Test - After cleaning pipe system and assembly with valve and other components, seep examination of gasket is required by using air tolerance - Air tolerance in pipe system for seep inspection of gasket shall not be less than 100 pounds per square inch and not higher than 120 pounds per square inch - Increasing of air tolerance shall be done on a phase basis described as follows: 1) Phase 1 0-25 pounds per square inch 2) Phase 2 25-50 pounds per square inch 3) Phase 3 50-75 pounds per square inch 4) Phase 4 75-100 pounds per square inch 5) Each phase shall be temporarily stopped for seep inspection not less than 10 minutes - The Contractor shall prepare soap liquid to be used in seep inspection in order to create bubble to the Project controller when welded line seeps

Central Pattana Public Company Limited 34 4.12 KITCHEN EXHAUST System - The building has prepared an EXHAUST AIR and a MAKEUP AIR with proportion 100: 80 for cook shops, such as frying, grilling, boiling, warming, baking. - Exhaust duct for the kitchen. Material Must be black steel sheet. Thickness of not less than 2 mm and welded duct with electric welding machine. The insulation is insulated with 2-inch CALCIUM SILICATE INSULATION, THICK DENSITY 60 Kg. / Cubic-Meter or heat-resistant insulation. ROCKWOOL products have a thickness of 2 inches, with a density of not less than 80 Kg / Cubic-Meter. (THICK DENSITY) - The HOOD must be installed with a GREASE TRAP FILTER of V-SHAPED BAFFLE type at all points, with a spacing of not more than ¾ inch between the plates and at least 3 in. 4 of the cutting area of the HOOD, it must be able to remove the GREASE TRAP FILTER every day. Installation of HOOD, GREASE TRAP FILTER and air duct must be approved by CPN engineering team - Fire damper must be installed all Exhaust air duct system, both main kitchen and grill at the table
