Working on the Next Big Thing
is the JMF brand ethos, it portrays our hard working ethic as well
as the physically large projects, constructions and installations we work on.

Signage is the design or use of signs and symbols to communicate a message to a specific group, usually for the purpose of marketing or a kind of advocacy. Signs are any kind of visual graphics created to display information to a particular audience.
This is typically manifested in the form of wayfinding information in places such as streets or on the inside and outside buildings. Signs vary in form and size based on location and intent, from more expansive banners, billboards, and murals, to smaller street signs, street name signs, sandwich boards and lawn signs. Newer signs may also use digital or electronic displays.
We’re pleased to be able to say that JMF is one of the UK’s fastest growing sign companies, offering state-of-the-art services across a wide variety of market sectors.
Should you get the chance to take a look inside our 25,000 square foot factory units, you’ll discover the latest in-house design, metal and plastic fabrication facilities, along with vinyl, large format and digital print capability. And it’s all backed by first class project management, national installation services and the maintenance of corporate signs and images.
Our customers range from individual, one-off high street stores right through to national blue chip companies with large-volume roll-out contracts.

Characteristics
Cutting
Based on the differences in electronically controlled cutting equipment and font characteristics, users should determine their own cutting and weeding capability.
These factors can affect cutting quality and ability:
 Sharpness of the knife blade. Dull blades create a serrated look to the cut edge of the film.
 Weight on the knife blade. The ideal weight slightly scores the liner. Too little weight does not cut completely through the film and the adhesive. Excessive weight cuts the liner. It also causes the blade to drag, accelerating wear and eventually creating a serrated cut edge on the film.
Premasking and Prespacing
The 3M Prespacing or Prespacing Tape you use depends on the type of graphic produced and the overprint clear system. For graphics that have large amounts of exposed liner, use a prespacing application tape. If there is very little exposed liner, use a premasking application tape.
Application
Note: Use the dry application method when possible.
1. Follow the dry application methods in Instruction Bulletin 5.5, Release C-EU, Effective April 2000 or later.
2. Be sure that the film is applied at temperatures  8°C.
Maintenance and Cleaning
If pressure washing is used, do not wash at a distance less than 30 cm and point the nozzle perpendicular to the body of the vehicle. Do not wash with a pressure higher than 80 bar.
CAUTION
When using any equipment, always follow the manufacturers’ instructions for safe operation.

TECHNICALDATA | STAINLESSSTEEL&ALUMINIUM INSPECTION CERTIFICATES
These are for use when the metal is inspected for product quality, which determines it can be lasered, cnc cut, bent and will withstand the heat of the powder coating ovens. Every single piece of aluminium or steel has to be inspected before it can be imported into the country to be sold by our suppliers.
Potentially there could be material on the black market which is inferior and this could damage our machinery.

More than just an ACM: DIBOND® from 3A COMPOSITES combines excellent new product features resulting from extensive R & D programs. We invest in the development of innovative surface solutions and we work continuously on new fabrication techniques. That is why DIBOND® provides great creative potential for any 3D applications.
DIBOND® - unlimited potential for all your creative ideas.
Combining innovative materials.
DIBOND® combines 0.3 mm Aluminium layers on both sides with a Polyethylene core. The light weight sheet material can be transformed three dimensionally by using the routing and folding technique but it is stiff and stable at the same time - ideal for indoor as well as outdoor applications. The original was developed by the market leader 3A COMPOSITES.
We count on integrated production processes and innovative products “Made in Germany”. All production steps – fabrication of the cover layers, coating, laminating, quality control - are bundled at our production site in Singen. This is how we can guarantee first class raw materials and high quality products – which is crucial for the later processing, application and usability of the product.
Moreover we aim at offering the maximum possibilities regarding combination and creativity with our material towards our customers. Therefore we offer DIBOND® in an extraordinary range of colours and surfaces: front and reverse side are either stove lacquered with white or coloured surfaces, available in matt or high gloss, brushed or anodised, or even with a mirror-like or wood décor.
