UTILISING THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY, COUPLED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE AND CRAFTSMANSHIP, WE HAVE ALL THE SKILLS AND TOOLS TO MANUFACTURE SIGNAGE TO ANY DIMENSIONS.
Everything we do is manufactured within our purpose built 16,500 sqft fabrication workshop in central London, giving us complete control of the whole project; design, print, manufacture and installation if required.

Flat Cut Lettering.
TRADE PRICE FLAT CUT LETTERING CUT USING CNC ROUTER & HIGH POWER LASER.
AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS:
Aluminium 2mm to 5mm thick,
Stainless Steel (Mirror, Polished, Brushed or Descaled) 0.7mm to 3mm, 0.9mm to 20mm Mild steel,
Acrylic 3mm to 20mm, Foamex 3mm to 19mm, Aluminium composite 3mm,
MDF 3mm to 20mm,
Letters can be supplied as raw material or painted to a specific Pantone colour or a RAL colour with a matt, satin or gloss finish. Wide range of fixings available for flat cut letters, from threaded studs, grouting rods, nylon locators
to mechanical brass locator fixings. Paper installation templates can be supplied upon request.

Built Up Lettering.
Trade price built up lettering manufactured from Acrylic, Stainless Steel (Mirror, Polished, Brushed or Descaled), Mild Steel, Brass, Copper or Aluminium built up to depths from 20mm to 200mm.
Hand fabricated by time served skilled craftsman. Constructed using grade C blow pipe solder, mig & tig welding, structural adhesives and mechanical fixing methods.
Letters can be supplied as raw material or painted to a specific Pantone colour or a RAL colour with a matt, satin or gloss finish.
Letters can be face, halo or fully illuminated via a massive range of LED modules, ranging from standard to 5 year guaranteed IP rated types.
Wide range of fixings available for built up letters, from threaded studs, grouting rods, nylon locators to mechanical brass locator fixings.
Paper installation templates can be supplied upon request.

Fabricated Fascia Sign Trays.
WE CAN MANUFACTURE ANY SIZE FABRICATED TRAY PANELS
1050 grade aluminium is used to fabricated standard sign trays on the 3m hydraulic break press machine, we can create any angle fascia signage from your drawings. Fabricated trays can be supplied as raw material or painted to a specific Pantone colour or a RAL colour with a matt, satin or gloss finish. Fabricated trays can be aperture cut on the CNC flatbed router before fabrication
to allow backing with acrylic using LED modules on a light tray the apertures can be lit up. We
can pre drill and fix any lettering or projecting signs and deliver to you with confidence. We can manufacture any printed graphic elements and apply using latest technology rolls roller machines.
Powerful, low energy consumption LED modules
TECH SPEC
0.72W 12V SMD5050 Linear LED Modules (x3) are a very decorative lighting element. It stands out for its low consumption, below 15 watts, and for its capacity to adapt to any space.
The three LEDs it includes have been developed with high quality SMD5050 technology. This type of lighting is mostly used for lighting signs and luminous letters. Each of the modules are connected by a highly flexible cable and thanks to this, the chain can be adjusted to fit into any area. Their installation is very simple and they can be fixed in a number of ways: screwed, pressed or glued into place, even including a 3M adhesive.
Designed for both indoors and outdoors, it’s made from highly resistant ABS and has an IP65 Protection factor. As with all lighting products working at 12V, this requires a transformer or power supply in order to function.

Flex Face
Flex Face Signage is a type of system that is typically used for outdoor sign applications such as retail parks, shop fronts and other large customer facing signage. The name ‘flex face’ derives from the primary feature of the system; a tensioned flexible PVC banner substrate that stretches across the face of the sign to create something that resembles the skin of a drum. Flex faces are commonly referred to as “skins” within the industry.
The main benefits of using flex over rigid materials and media is scalability and safety. You can print on a much larger scale with PVC as opposed to acrylic or composite panels. Additionally, you can ‘weld’ PVC prints together to create an even larger print that is seamless once installed - something that cannot
be achieved with rigid substrates. The systems are guaranteed against blowout which should be a great comfort in times of inclement weather conditions and high winds. Another benefit of using flex is that transportation to site and stocking of printing media is far easier due to its ‘flexible’ nature. With our clip system, installation is a breeze with no need for rods, hooks or eyelets - you simply attach our famous black clip to your printed/decorated skin and click into the frame.

Projecting Signs
PROJECTING SIGNS ARE ANY TYPE
OF SIGNAGE THAT PROJECTS FROM A VERTICAL SURFACE, ANCHORED AT ONLY ONE SIDE (LEFT OR RIGHT).

Unbranded Packaging and Sales Tools
We pack all our jobs with unbranded packaging to give you the facility of us delivering direct to your client on your behalf.
Even the address labels are blank, all your deliveries can be tracked on line, we have a text message service to alert you or your client when the deliveries are arriving, we have Luton box vans at our disposal for those over size parcels, but
our couriers comfortably take up to 6m in length by 2 metres in height allowing us to send all size parcels to any UK address. You can register with us online and have your own portal allowing you and
your clients the ability to track your own orders without seeing any branding. Using 25mm thick polystyrene sheets and 3mm thick cardboard corners gives you the peace of mind your parcels will turn up on site on time undamaged.
We have invested and fully integrated with an online visual project management tool that helps transform the way teams work together. It is a simple, but intuitive, tool that enables people to manage work, meet deadlines and build a culture of transparency.
