Distant Lands - Close to Home
When visitors come to New Mexico they experience the
vast scenery, Santa Fe, Taos and the Indian Pueblos. They
see New Mexico as different from the rest of the country
and they are right. What I see is my home, the home of my
ancestors. I see the land and the people who live here.
It is the kind of beauty that’s important to a person’s soul.
My art is an expression of this distant land, New Mexico.
