Cudahy School District Summer School Online Registration Directions

1) Go to Cudahy School District website: www.cudahy.k12.wi.us
2) Select “Parents” from the menu bar on the top of the page.
3) Select “Skyward Family Access”
4) Enter in your Login ID and Password. (If you do not remember your Login ID and Password,

please select “Forgot your Login/Password. As long as your email is current on Skyward, you
will receive an email to reset your login information. If you need support, please call 414-294-
7406.)
5) You will see a message that indicates “Arena Scheduling” is now open for the 2018-2019
school year.”
6) On the left under “Arena Scheduling”, select the “child ” that you would like to schedule clas-
ses for Summer School.
7) “Add” classes per each class period; Class 1 (8:00-9:25); Class 2 (9:30-10:55; Class 3 (11:00-
12:25)
8) Select lunch if taking lunch. (There is no submit button allowing changes throughout the open period.)
9) To print schedule click on “View/Print Schedule” then select “print schedule”.
10)Once completed verify all “Student Information” to make sure all information is up to date. If
not click on “My Account” on top of screen to make changes click Save.

Medication Administration and Medical Alert Information
Summer School administration will need medical information for any student currently enrolled in the
Cudahy School District. If you have any specific needs that you would like to relay to the Summer
School staff, please contact the summer school secretary
Selection of Summer School Courses
 If you received a letter from your child’s principal indicating that they would benefit from a

math and/or reading improvement course, please be sure to make this selection first.
 Please select the three courses that you would like to enroll your child in, making sure to select a

course for each of the following sessions: Class 1 (8:00-9:25); Class 2 (9:30-10:55; Class 3
(11:00-12:25)
 Please make a selection of whether your child will participate in the free lunch program.
This decision can be made at any time during summer school, but this will help us plan.
 Some courses tend to be very popular so register early. If there is no course option available for
a session, please call 414-294-7406.

Sixth Grade Success is for current 5th grade students who will be enter-
ing into Cudahy Middle School for the 2018—2019 school year.
