The Adpost Group Golf Day is our major networking event of the year to help raise money for
Special Olympics Australia, Soar & Roar Festival.

The Special Olympics Soar & Roar Festival is a FULL THROTTLE ACCELEBRATION.
It is a unique event providing people with an intellectual disability the opportunity to experience

the thrill of a Dream Ride in a luxury car.
Luxury car brands and motorbikes from around NSW make their way to Sydney Motorsport Park
to celebrate Special Olympics Australia Athletes, their families, support networks and importantly

to raise much needed funds.
Over the 2016 & 2017 events, there have been over 200 motorbikes & riders, 250 classic
& exotic cars, 750 Dream Rides, 2,400+ Laps of Sydney Motorsport Park, 5,500 Festival

Participants and over $700,000 raised!
The Adpost Group Golf Day provides our sponsors and guests the opportunity to promote and

network with some amazing people, clients and suppliers.
The Adpost Group Golf Day is also a great excuse to get out of the office, have a round of golf

and of course win some fantastic prizes. The day’s not only for golfers, also our non-golfer
supporters will be attending after the game for an evening of entertainment.

About the Golf Day

The Adpost Group Golf Day will be held on Friday the 17th of August at Moore Park Golf Course. The
event is played as an Ambrose competition.

The Schedule

12.00PM - Registration and BBQ
1.00PM - Tee Off

6.00PM - Drinks & Canapés in Clubhouse
7.30PM - Dinner & Award Presentations
9.30PM - Dessert Bar & Networking until 10pm

Hole Sponsor

All you need to do is confirm your sponsorship for a team of 8 or 4 players, supply us with your logo
and key message. All your signage will be printed, delivered and set up on the day for you.

Also the opportunity to run a hand out or novelty promotional items at your sponsored hole and be
included in the goodie bag.

Players Pack

All you need to do is confirm your support for a team of 4 players, supply Adpost with a team name.
Team signage for your carts will be printed, so have some fun with it!

Non-Golfer Pack

All you need to do is purchase your ticket confirming your support and turn up and party with an
evening of entertainment.

Includes 18 Holes Golf Ambrose Tournament for 8 Players, 4 branded golf carts, BBQ lunch, dinner

hole and evening of Clubhouse entertainment.

Hole Sponsor 4 Player & Dinner Package $2,500

Includes evening of networking, dinner, drinks and lots of entertainment, 6pm - 10pm

Goodie Bag Sponsor 4 Player Team Package $2,000

Payment for sponsorship & attendance is done directly on the Special Olympics Australia Fundraising Events ticket
page. Adpost Group reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event where deemed necessary. Should this occur,
the sponsorship will be transferred to a new date following a discussion with the sponsors. Allocation of the Holes

is based on specific events that sponsors may have planned and is on a first in, first served basis. Adpost Group
reserves the right to make changes if deemed necessary.
