BLYVOOR GOLD (PTY) LTD (“Blyvoor
Gold”) is a gold mining company
that is investing in the reconstruction
and mining of the Blyvoor Gold Mine
(“Blyvooruitzicht”), which ceased
operation in 2013.

During 2015 and 2016, BLYVOOR GOLD
negotiated with, and bought the mining
right and some of the surface assets.

The assets purchased were those
considered to be essential to bring the
underground and surface tailings re-
treatment operations back into
production. The world class nature of both
the underground and surface mineral
resources allow for healthy investment
returns to be made from the capital
investment required to reinstate the
operations.
