Warm- ups

- 2 LAPS AROUND THE GYM
- ARM STRETCHES

❖ ROTATIONS(BACK AND FORTH)

❖ TOUCH TOES(BOTH SIDES)
❖ TOUCH THE FLOOR(IN MIDDLE)

- 10 lunges (right and left legs)

BODY PART FREEZE TAG

HOW TO PLAY: FIRST PICK A COUPLE OF
PEOPLE TO BE “IT”. EVERYONE ELSE WILL RUN
AROUND THE GYM TRYING NOT TO GET
TAGGED. IF AN “IT” TAGS YOUR ARM, LEG, OR
HEAD, THAT PART IS NOW FROZEN AND YOU
CANNOT MOVE IT . FOR EXAMPLE , IF THEY
TAG YOU RIGHT LEG THEN YOU CAN NO
LONGER MOVE YOUR LEG AND MUST HOP ON
THE OTHER. IF SOMEONE WHO IS NOT “IT”
TOUCHES THE PART THAT WAS FROZEN YOU
WILL BE UNFROZEN AND CAN RUN FREELY.
THE GAME ENDS IF ALL PLAYERS ARE ALL
FROZEN.
OBJECTIVE: AVOID BEING IT

- NO RUNNING INTO HALLWAYS,
RESTROOMS, OR OTHER ROOMS

- BOTTOM FLOOR ONLY

TIME : 10 MINS

What time is it mr.wolf

INSTRUCTIONS : ONE PLAYER WILL BE “MR.WOLF” AND

WILL BE PLACED AT THE END OF THE GYM, FACING AWAY
FROM THE OTHER PLAYERS WHO ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE
OF THE GYM. THE GAME STARTS WHEN THE PLAYERS ASK
“WHAT TIME IS IT MR.WOLF”. MR.WOLF WILL THEN
RESPOND ONE OF TWO WAYS:

- THE WOLF WILL CALL OUT A CLOCK TIME ,“ IT IS 3
O’CLOCK” THEN THE PLAYERS WILL MOVE FORWARD
WHAT TIME HE/SHE CALLS

- THE WOLF WILL CALL “ DINNER TIME” AND WILL TRY
TO CATCH ANOTHER PLAYER BEFORE THEY RETURN
TO THEIR ORIGINAL SPOT

RESTRICTED AREAS :

- BOTTOM FLOOR AREA
- NO RUNNING UP THE STAIRS OR IN OTHER

ROOMS

HOT POTATO

HOW TO PLAY : EVERYONE WILL GET INTO A
CIRCLE. ONCE IN THE CIRCLE YOU WILL HAVE A
BALL TO PASS AROUND. MUSIC WILL PLAY AS
YOU PASS THE BALL AROUND . ONCE THE
MUSIC STOPS THE PERSON WHO HAS THE
BALL IS OUT. YOU PLAY UNTIL THERE IS ONE
WINNER.

RESTRICTIONS:
- GYM

TIME : 5-7 MINS

THREAD THE hoops

INSTRUCTIONS : THERE WILL BE TWO TEAMS. EACH
TEAM WILL HOLD HANDS/ LOCK ARMS IN A CIRCLE.
EACH CIRCLE WILL ALSO HAVE A HOOLA HOOP IN
BETWEEN THEIR ARMS . THE GOAL IS TO GET THE
HOOLA HOOP AROUND THE WHOLE CIRCLE FIRST. THE
FASTEST TEAM WINS.

RESTRICTIONS :

- BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 5 MINS

NINJA

HOW TO PLAY : THERE WILL BE THREE GROUPS .
THEY WILL GET IN A CIRCLE AND ONE PERSON
WILL TRY AND TAP THE PERSON ON HIS/HER
RIGHTS’ HAND. THAT PERSON WILL TRY AND
AVOID GETTING HIT BY MOVING THEIR HAND.
WHATEVER POSITION YOU ARE IN ONCE YOUR
TURN IS DONE IS THE POSITION YOU WILL STAY IN
UNTIL IT IS YOUR TURN AGAIN.IF YOUR HAND GETS
TAPPED YOU ARE OUT OF THE GAME. THE GAME
ENDS WHEN THERE IS ONE PERSON LEFT IN EACH
GROUP.

RESTRICTION:
- BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 10 MINS

The blob tag

INSTRUCTIONS : THERE WILL BE TWO
PEOPLE WHO ARE “IT”. THEY WILL THEN TRY
AND TAG A PERSON . ONCE TAGGED THAT
PERSON THEN JOINS WHO IS”IT” AND THEY
BECOME A “BLOB “. AS THE GAME CONTINUES
THE “BLOB” STAYS TOGETHER WITH THEIR
ELBOWS LINKED AND TRIED TO TAG THE
REST OF THE PLAYERS. THE GAME
CONTINUES UNTIL EVERYONE IS APART OF
THE BLOB.

RESTRICTIONS : Bottom gym

TIME : 5-10 MINS

Tug a war

HOW TO PLAY : THERE WILL BE TWO TEAMS. EACH
TEAM WILL THEN HOLD ON THE THEIR SIDE OF THE
ROPE. ONCE THE COACH/TEACHER BLOWS THEIR
WHISTLE, THE TEAMS WILL START PULLING ON
THEIR ENDS OF THE ROPE. THE TEAM WHO PULLS
THE HARDEST AND PULLED THE OTHER TEAM
PASSED THE CONE WINS.

RESTRICTIONS : BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 5 MINS

Blindfolded four corners

INSTRUCTIONS: THERE WILL BE ONE PERSON IT
WHO WILL BE BLINDFOLDED. THE REST OF THE
PLAYERS WILL THEN HAVE 10 SECONDS TO
CHOOSE THE NUMBERS 1 out of 4 OF THE NUMBER
LABELED CORNERS OF THE ROOM. THE PERSON
BLINDFOLDED WILL THEN SAY A NUMBER OUT
LOUD AND ANYONE IN THAT NUMBERED CORNER
IS OUT OF THE GAME. THE GAME ENDS WHEN
THERE IS ONE PERSON LEFT.

RESTRICTIONS : BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 5-10 MINS

limbo

HOW TO PLAY : FIRST YOU WILL NEED TWO
VOLUNTEERS TO HELP HOLD EACH END OF A
LONG STICK . THE REST OF THE CLASS WILL THEN
GET INTO A LINE. AS MUSIC IS PLAYING EACH
PERSON WILL TRY AND GO UNDER THE STICK
WITHOUT BUMPING INTO THE STICK . AS EACH
ROUND GOES THE PEOPLE HOLDING THE SICK
WILL LOWER IT TO MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT. IF
SOMEONE BUMPS INTO THE STICK THEY ARE
OUT OF THE GAME. THS GAME ENDS WITH ONE
PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO GO UNDER THE STICK
WITHOUT TOUCHING IT.

RESTRICTIONS : BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 10 MINS

kickball

INSTRUCTIONS: THIS GAME IS MIRRORED TO BE LIKE A GAME

OF BASEBALL. THERE WILL BE TWO TEAMS. ONE TEAM WILL
START OUT IN THE FIELD WHILE THE OTHER TEAM GETS IN A LINE
TO BE A KICKER. A PERSON FROM THE TEAM IN THE FIELD THEN
ROLLS THE BALL AND THE KICKER KICKS THE BALL AS HARD AS
THEY CAN. THE. TEAM IN THE FIELD IS NOW TRYING TO GET THE
BALL AND TOUCH THE KICKER WHILE THEY RUN TO EACH OF THE
FOUR BASES . IF THE KICKER MAKES IT TO THE FOURTH BASE
THEY MADE A HOME RUN . IF THE KICKER IS CAUGHT IN
BETWEEN BASES AND THEY TOUCH THE BASE WITH THE BALL
THEN THE KICKER IS OUT. IF SOMEONE IN THE FIELD CATCHES
THE BALL WHILE IT WAS IN THE AI THEN THE KICKED CAN NOT
PROCEED AND MUST GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. THE TEAMS
WILL SWITCH EVERY 4 HOME RUNS . THE GAME END WHEN THE
TEAM REACHES THE MAXIMUM HOME RUNS.

RESTRICTIONS : BOTTOM GYM

TIME : 15 MINS

LeaPFROG

HOW TO PLAY : YOU WILL GET INTO TWO TEAMS. EACH
TEAM WILL THEN GET INTO A LINE AND CROUCH DOWN IN
THAT LINE. THE PERSON IN THE BACK OF THE LINE THEN
PROCEEDS TO HOP OVER EVERYONE IN FRONT OF THEM
UNTIL THEY ARE NOW FIRST IN LINE. THE GAME
CONTINUES UNTIL THE PERSON TO HOPE FORAT IS NOW
IN THE BACK OF THE LINE AGAIN. THE FIRST LINE TO
FINISH WINS.

Restrictions: BOTTOM GYM

Time: 5-10 MINS

dodgeball

INSTRUCTIONS: THERE WILL BE TWO TEAMS. YOU
PLACE A VARIETY OF BALL IN A STRAIGHT LINE IN
BETWEEN THOSE TWO TEAMS. BOTH TEAMS WILL
START AT EACH END OF THE PLAYING FIELD. ONCE
THE COACH/TEACHER BLOWS THEIR WHISTLE THE
TEAMS MAY RIN AND GRAB AS MANY BALLS AS THEY
CAN. THEY THEN THROW THE BALLS AT THE
OPPOSITE TEAM MAKING IT A GOAL TO GET
SOMEONE OUT. YOU CAN NOT PASS THE MIDDLE
LINE INTO THE OTHER TEAMS SPACE.IF YOU ARE HIT
WITH A BALL YOU ARE OUT OF THE GAME. ALSO IF
SOMEONE CATCHES THE BALL YOU THREW THEN
YOU ARE ALSO OUT OF THE GAME. THE GAME ENDS
WHEN THERE IS ONE PERSON LEFT .
