Meet WeddingLux

GlobalWorks Events is a trusted Destination Management Company
partnering with luxury resorts and venues in Florida and Las Vegas. The
overwhelming request from our resort partners to offer a wedding and
social event planning partnership, brought about the opportunity to
brand and develop WeddingLux and EventLux.

Our growing team is comprised of Certified Wedding Professionals with
years of experience designing, planning and executing weddings and
social events. Our goal is to provide exceptional personalized service and
a unique event experience to our clients; simultaneously being a trusted
partner and extension of the venue’s team.

WeddingLux is a preferred partner to an extensive list of resorts and
venues ranging from Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers;
with extensive experience in venues throughout Miami and The Beaches,
Coral Gables, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. We partner with top
creative professionals to design and produce unique, one-of-a-kind
event experiences in weddings, social celebrations and styled
photoshoots.

Initial Planning

• Discussion of vision, color, style, and complete rehearsal
dinner, wedding and farewell brunch design ideas, to
include information about our most trusted and insured
local creative professionals in the event industry

• Venue research and helpful selection input for all events:

• Assist in finding the perfect venue and create a
target list of three (3) location options

• Coordinate site visits at three (3) locations, offering
valuable insight and opinion

• Wedding planning checklist to help keep your planning
process on track

• Budget planning sheet and guidance to help you track
your expenses

Planning, Customized Design and Management

• Unlimited planner/bride contact via phone, email, or
in-person meetings

• Design a unique wedding décor proposal to include
a design board, CAD diagrams and line item pricing for all
wedding weekend events

• Plan and develop a custom timeline of the wedding weekend contact sheet for all vendors
• Vendor Selection
• Provide assistance with selection of catering menus
• Assist with room block coordination
• Transportation Management for entire weekend
• Professional advice regarding etiquette
• Attend tastings and table demos with venue and décor vendors
• Manage all vendor invoices and delivery/set/strike schedules for all events
• Design and source welcome bag amenities
• Source stationary elements, attend any meetings with creative stationary designers
• Design and source any event signage, favors, etc.
• Assist with wedding dress and wedding attire for bridesmaids/MOB pickup (within a 20 mile radius)

Wedding Day Coordination
• One (1) Lead Certified Wedding Planner for (1-hour) Rehearsal Ceremony
• One (1) Lead Certified Wedding Planner and One (1) Assistant Planner for wedding

weekend events { Rehearsal, Wedding Day and Farewell Brunch }
• Coordinate welcome bag delivery to hotel(s)
• Ensure personal florals are distributed and boutonnieres are pinned
• Manage ceremony and reception setup, including personal items
• Vendor Management: Delivery, Setup, Strike
• Bridal party lineup and coordinate ceremony processional
• Make sure guests with special needs are attended to (golf cart escorts, wheelchairs,

dietary restrictions/special meals, etc.)
• Ensure best man/officiant has the wedding bands
• Ensure that the marriage license is signed and with the officiant
• Assist with bustling bridal gown and/or changing attire
• Wedding party lineup for reception grand entrance
• Partner between venue, entertainment and couple for reception event timing
• Collect gifts, cards and personal items to deliver to Honeymoon Suite or designated

person
• Distribute any day-of payments or gratuities on behalf of the Bride
• Thank you cards will be sent to all creative partners involved in the wedding on

behalf of the Bride and Groom

• One (1) Assistant Planner for up to ten (10) hours on Wedding Day
• Coordinate welcome bag delivery to hotel(s)

• Design a unique event décor proposal to include a design board,

CAD diagrams and line item pricing
• Budget Management
• Source all vendors and best industry pricing
• Coordination of all vendor payments: one invoice for ease of planning
• Guidance and expert advice on catering selection assistance
• Develop custom event timeline
• Source stationary elements, attend any meetings with creative

stationary designers
• Source any event signage, favors, etc.
• Review of all final Banquet Event Orders with venue
• Confirm all final details and vendor setup times the week of event

Event Day Coordination
• One (1) Lead Certified Event Planner for up to six (6) hours
• One (1) Event Assistant for up to three (3) hours
• Vendor Management: Delivery, Setup, Strike
• Make sure guests with special needs are attended to (golf cart

escorts, wheelchairs, dietary restrictions/special meals, etc.)
