CONSUMER PRODUCTS Biter tengayan is one of the traditional
foods of the Lundayehcommunity. It is a
type of porridge that uses tengayan
leaves as a main ingredient and is mixed
with Adan rice, both of which are native
to Lundayeh highland villages.
Tengayan snack is not only to provide a longer
shelf life but also to commercialize it to all
communities rather than just the Lundayehs.

By twin drum drying the slushy biter at 120°C
with 0.03rpm/minute, the sticky biter can turn
to a crunchy snack form.

SeaVegTM is a newly developed marine vegetable based instant noodle with unique
flavour, natural colourand enhanced with health promoting ingredients from Sabah
seaweeds.
These seaweeds are rich sources of dietary fiber, minerals, proteins and vitamins.
These seaweeds are low in lipid content but contain a significant amount of
omega-3 fatty acids especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
This product has no artificial colouring, no
additives or preservatives.
Seaweeds were added in this noodle for
its natural blend of minerals; potassium,
sodium, calcium, magnesium and trace
elements such as iodine and selenium.

when the fact-checked news is published.
Sahkannya! can act as One-Stop-Center for all verified
misinformation across the country. In addition,
Sahkannya! become a pilot case of application to
build a community of fact-checkers and support
better digital literacy among Malaysians to curb the
phenomenon of misinformation.
Our facter function using AI technology will
receive the to-be-verified claim input in
three forms: a URL, a paragraph or an
image. Registered users of Sahkannya! can
always get up-to-date with their verification
claims through their account and email.
