The Skyline | Champion 2019 Sales Incentive Trip is almost here! We are
very excited to share this experience with you and your guest and are
grateful for all of your efforts in earning this special reward! We are
looking forward to sharing exciting adventures as we gather together at
the stunning Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah!

Enclosed are your travel documents including your airline E-tickets,
luggage tags, itinerary in brief and important travel information. It is
imperative that you review these documents prior to your departure,
as this information will assist you in preparing for your upcoming travel.

WHAT TO PACK: Clothing - Lightweight jackets are recommended for
cool nights, sunscreen, sunglasses and hats for outdoor activities, jeans
(if you signed up for horseback riding), water shoes (or sandals with
straps / old tennis shoes that can get wet if you signed up for the rafting
excursion) comfortable walking shoes, resort attire for dinners and
evening events.

clothes / Tennis shoes or sandals (with straps) that can get wet

LUGGAGE TAGS: Enclosed are your luggage tags. Please affix these tags
to your luggage, as this will ensure that your bags are recognized as part
of the Skyline | Champion group and will assist the resort staff in the
appropriate handling of your luggage.

SPA | SALON: Voted as North America’s Best Hotel Spa in 2018,
the exclusive and exceptional experience the Waldorf Astoria Spa will
not disappoint. Expert, professional staff will provide you with
an extraordinary level of personalized service to beautify and
restore. Indulgent signature treatments will combine local
ingredients and contemporary techniques to invigorate and inspire.
Surroundings of unrivaled quality are designed to refresh and relax
both body and soul.
Please plan to arrive at the spa at least 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled treatment to relax and set your mind and body at ease.
PERSONAL EXPENSES: Any additional charges you incur at the Resort,
such as snacks, beverages, additional spa treatments, gift purchases,
etc., are at your own expense. The resort will keep a separate record
of these expenditures for you. Please be sure you settle your incidental
account with the resort upon check out.
CLIMATE: Escape the extreme heat of summer in Florida and relish in
the wonderful climate of Park City during the summer months. Average
highs in July are in the low to mid 80’s during the day and drop to cool
and refreshing 50’s in the evenings.
TIME ZONE: Park City, Utah is in Mountain Daylight Time.

Park City could certainly stake a rightful claim of being the “perfect
mountain town.” Combining its silver mining town heritage, an artistic
vibe and a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Park City strikes a
balance between luxury and comfort, all the while showing a deep
appreciation for athletics, arts and community. Park City gives
adventure enthusiasts a ton of great choices for outdoor fun in the
summer.

Summer temperatures are perfect for hiking in the foothills or jumping
in one of the many nearby lakes and rivers. There are numerous
unique and unexpected adventures that can be found in Park City,
which is why this area is becoming known as one of the best all-around
destinations for an active lifestyle. Whatever your daily activity may
be, you’ll work up an appetite for the diversity of fine restaurants that
line Park City's Historic Main Street and beyond, and you'll want to
wind down after a long day with the craft whiskeys and vodkas at the
High West Distillery and Saloon.

Any visit to Park City requires a leisurely walk down Historic Main
Street past the vibrant Victorian architecture of old mining cabins,
lovingly restored and maintained by residents. All year long, you can
duck into the shops to browse, or grab a coffee at Atticus
Bookstore and sit yourself down on a bench and soak in the sun and
scenery.

Dining

POWDER RESTAURANT AT THE WALDORF ASTORIA: Seated at the
base of the Resort, this restaurant is the ideal choice for summer
afternoon breaks. Start your day with a fantastic range of luxury
breakfast choices, nibble on a nutritional light lunch, or relish
delicious, warm delights. Powder offers a destination venue for
evening dinner or drinks boasting an innovative menu expertly
crafted by the experienced executive chef.

HOURS:
Breakfast: 6:30 - 10 am  Lunch: 11 am - 2:30 pm
Dinner: 6 - 9:30 pm

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER – On your own. Friday evening you are free to
dine wherever you desire! Each couple can opt for a $100 cash
allowance to apply toward a dinner in town or you can dine in the
hotel.

Downtown Park City offers a vast array of dining options from which
you can select. You can go to the following link to view your options:
https://historicparkcityutah.com/eat-drink. If you prefer to stay put
and dine at the resort, the charges will go straight to the group
account. Please see Donna at the hospitality desk to let her
know your preference.

SATURDAY NIGHT GROUP FAREWELL DINNER: Saturday evening, we
will depart the hotel together at 5:30 p.m. for our dinner at Ghidotti’s
Classic Italian Restaurant. Ghidotti’s blends old world Roman
architecture with a sunny Mediterranean villa to create a wonderful
backdrop for a classic Italian meal.

You will be treated to family style hors d’oeuvres followed by a 3-course
meal with delicious options for your entree.

if you would like assistance securing reservations.

Activities (Friday)

Your activity selection on Friday is included in your incentive trip. Any
additional activities will be scheduled for Saturday and will require a
credit card.

WHITE WATER RAFTING: For the seventeen attendees who signed up
for the white water rafting excursion, get ready for the time of your life!

Friday morning, we will experience the most exciting half day rafting
trip on the Weber River. The first rapid begins only 50 yards below the
put in point. Our experienced guides will help steer the rafts, while
we provide the paddle power.

The 8.5 mile river run has a great mix of class II rapids and calm stretches
that will give you the opportunity to bask in the sun and search for
wildlife. Our adventure on the Weber River includes round-trip
transfers from the Waldorf Astoria, top-of-the-line equipment,
personable and well trained guides, a private riverside launch site, and
a delicious lunch!

WHAT TO BRING:
• Old tennis shoes, water shoes or sandals with straps (your shoes

WILL get wet, so please pack old shoes or sandals that can get wet)
• Sunglasses
• Baseball cap or a hat with a strap

(if you desire)
• Swimsuit with cover-up
• T-shirt and shorts
• Extra money for souvenirs
• Sunblock
• A small towel

NOTE: Staff gratuities have been
taken care of, compliments of
Skyline/Champion.

We advise that you do not bring
any valuables with you.

HORSEBACK RIDING: Experience the beauty of the mountains on the
back of your trusted steed. Just a short distance from the resort, your
guide will take you on a breathtaking trek through the mountainside.

This 2-hour journey will take you through beautiful wooded paths and
around corners that will enchant you with stunning vistas!

WHAT TO BRING:
• Tennis shoes or comfortable

closed-toe shoes
• Sunglasses
• Baseball cap or a hat

with a strap (if you desire)
• Blue jeans or comfortable

pants
• Sunblock

SPA: If you selected a spa treatment, get ready to be pampered! The
exceptional therapists at the Waldorf Astoria Spa will leave you feeling
relaxed and rejuvenated.

Please plan to arrive at the spa a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled treatment. You will be required to fill out a form on your
preferences and will be directed to the locker room where you can
change into your robe. The therapist will come to get you in the
relaxation room.

Additional Activities (Saturday)

GOLF AT CANYONS GOLF COURSE: Welcome to Utah's newest course,
located at Canyons Village at Park City. Canyons Golf is an 18-hole, par
70-course featuring over 550 feet of elevation change.

Designed by renowned course architects Gene and Casey Bates, this
beautiful course offers challenging and enjoyable golf characterized by
memorable shots and dramatic views. This activity includes round trip
transfers, green fees, cart, sleeve of golf balls and club rentals ($155
per person). Please bring your credit card with you.

• Golf shoes or close-toed shoes and appropriate golf attire
• Sunglasses
• Baseball cap or another hat (if you desire)
• Cash or credit card for green fees, snacks and beverages
HORSEBACK RIDING: See Page 7 for information on what to bring.
The transfer will depart the hotel at approximately 8:30 am for your 9
am ride. The cost for this excursion is $99 per person.
SPA: You will receive confirmation of your spa appointment upon
arrival at the resort. This will include what time to arrive for your
appointment and what to bring. Costs vary based on the treatment
you selected.
EVEN MORE OPTIONS: If you decide that you would like to spend the
afternoon at Utah Olympic Park, go mountain biking or on a hike, go
shopping in quaint downtown Park City, etc. you will have the
opportunity to sign up for additional activities onsite. Please see
Donna at the Skyline / Champion Hospitality Desk for assistance in
booking other activities.

Arrivals

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Skyline | Champion has communicated
your arrival and departure flight information to our Transportation
partner – The Driver Provider Utah.
The Driver Provider Utah will be handling the transfers from the airport
to the resort and is the only authorized representative for your service.
ARRIVAL PROCESS: In order to avoid any confusion, please read the
following:
 After deplaning the aircraft, please proceed to baggage claim

to retrieve your luggage.
 If you did not check any luggage, please go to the luggage carousel

assigned to your respective flight.
 A Driver Provider representative will be stationed in the baggage

claim area with a Skyline | Champion logo’d sign.
 Please identify yourself as part of Skyline | Champion Group once

you locate them. They will guide you to your awaiting vehicle.

The Waldorf Astoria is a 35-minute drive from the airport.

Official Resort check-in time is 4 pm. If your room is not
ready upon your arrival, you will have the opportunity to change
into something more comfortable, relax by the pool and grab a bite to
eat while your room is prepared for you.

NOTE: Driver gratuities have been taken care of for your convenience.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS & EXEMPTIONS - Your E-TICKET is included in
this documents packet. Everyone has been pre-assigned seats next to
their traveling partner where available. As each airline has their
own procedures for pre check-in, please refer to your reservation
airline’s website or reservations center.
If you miss either one of your flights or have been placed on a different
flight than originally scheduled, please contact Donna either via text or
email: ([email protected] or 727.688.2245).
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels,
creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint.
These are limited to 3.4 ounces or less per item. Pack items larger than
3.4 ounces in checked baggage.

Departures

Check-out time at the resort is 11 a.m..
Resort to Airport Transportation: Saturday evening, a departure notice
will be delivered to your room with your return flight details,
instructions for your check-out from the Resort, and information on
your transfer from the Resort to the SLC Airport.
The airlines REQUIRE everyone to be at the airport a minimum of 2
hours prior to your flight departure.
Please REFER TO YOUR DEPARTURE NOTICE.

THURSDAY, JULY 25

All Day: Arrivals/Transfers to the Waldorf Astoria. If your room is

not yet available, feel free to change into your swimwear

and start your vacation by relaxing at the resort pool.

Afternoon: At your leisure to enjoy the resort.

6:30 pm Please meet us poolside as we welcome everyone to Park

City and enjoy a dinner and signature cocktails.

FRIDAY, JULY 26
7:45 am If you signed up for white water rafting, please meet us in

the main Lobby for our transfers to the river.
Morning If you who signed up for the spa or another activity, please

refer to the activity card you received at check-in.
Afternoon Free afternoon / evening to do whatever you please! Please

be sure to secure restaurant reservations via your app!

SATURDAY, JULY 27

7:45 a.m. GOLFERS: Please meet us in the hotel lobby for your

transfer. Your tee time is 8:30 a.m.

Morning If you signed up for a 2nd activity, please refer to your

activity card.

All Day If you did not sign up for an activity, you are free to do

whatever your heart desires!

5:30 pm Please meet us in the hotel lobby for our transfer to dinner.

Following dinner, you will have the opportunity to be

dropped off in Downtown Park City on Main Street to

continue enjoying your evening. If you go Downtown, you

can take an uber or taxi back to the resort.

SUNDAY, JULY 28

All Day Attendees will be transferred from the resort to the airport

for their return flights home.

12 p.m. Official hotel checkout time.
