encompasses nearly 100 miles of coastline with beautiful white-sand

Cancun. This world-renowned paradise is home to mangroves and
lagoons, ancient Mayan cities, ecological reserves and adventure parks,
and the world's second largest coral reef.

Maya. Daytime temperatures are typically in the low 80’s and
evening temperatures are in the high 60’s.

Resort Dining

Dining at UNICO 20° 87° is not a singular experience, but rather a multi-
sensory adventure. While locally-sourced ingredients are a staple at
every restaurant and bar, the offerings are a diverse mix of
international flavors.

Imagination, exploration, and authenticity are required to fully capture
the essence of the region in every bite. The inspiration for Chef Xavi’s
dishes comes from his existing culinary knowledge, and implementing
cultural flavors, scents and textures demonstrating the purity and soul
of Mexican tradition.

Mi Carisa is a love letter to the romantic coastlines and flavors of the
Mediterranean. UNICO 20° 87°'s most elevated dining experience, Mi
Carisa focuses on the traditions and practices of coastal Italian cuisine.
That culinary heritage is most deeply honored in the form of a beautiful
wood-burning oven, imparting a wonderful smoky flavor to everything
that passes through it. The warm, intimate setting lets each bite convey
a sincere affection for the coastal Italian kitchen.

Open Daily 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm | Breakfast: 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Dress Code (dinner): Resort Elegant

Named for the seven origin caves of Mayan mythos, Cueva Siete—or
Cave Seven—derives its inspiration from all that is Yucatecan. This
regionally focused concept aims to harness the mysticism and
reverence of Mayan culture, serving dishes deeply rooted in Mexican
flavors and traditions.

Open for dinner: 6:00 pm - 11:00pm | Dress code: Resort Casual

While Mura House draws flavors and techniques from throughout
Asia, with a concentration on Japan, its cuisine is guided by three
principles: the harmony of flavor, precision through preparation,
and quality of ingredients. The restaurant aims to achieve a
balance between tradition and uniqueness by bringing together three
different styles of Japanese cuisine-teppanyaki, yakitori, and sushi.

Open for dinner: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm | Dress code: Beach Casual

7|Page

Incorporating the hotel’s coordinates into its name, 20.87 Restaurant—
the hotel's casual beachside venue—aims to capture the heart of the
UNICO 20°87° experience. The dining experience is fitting with a
concept that shifts throughout the day: from a bountifully diverse
morning buffet—think fresh juices, eggs to order, and house-baked
Mexican pastries—to a classic grill in the evenings, serving up choice
cuts of steak and fish.
Breakfast: 7:00 - 11:00 am | Lunch: 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
Dinner: 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm | Dress code: Resort Casual
Cafe Inez is UNICO 20° 87°’s own take on European café culture: an
important social gathering setting, often a stopping off point in
between activities. A way to refuel, rejuvenate and recharge. Fresh
juices, coffee, tea and baked goods are served in the morning while the
menu transitions to sandwiches, paninis and meal-sized salads for lunch
and dinner.
Open daily: 6 am - 2:00 am | Dress code: Smart Beach Casual
IN ROOM DINING: Great cuisine can always be enjoyed right from the
comfort of your room. With a unique menu, and 24-hour room service,
UNICO 20°87°’s in-room dining allows you to create a custom meal from
a diverse range of proteins, sides, and sauces, and order through the
convenient UNICO 20°87° App.

Group Catamaran Sail and Snorkel

Our adventure continues with a private luxury catamaran sail around
the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean. As our captain navigates the
gorgeous Caribbean Sea, we will be treated to the beauty of Inah Reef,
considered to be one of the most abundant underwater sanctuaries in
the area. Everyone will have the opportunity to experience the rich
colors, textures and sea life that make up this vibrant coral reef.
Monday morning, we will meet in the resort lobby at 7:15 am for our
group departure. We recommend you schedule an early breakfast
through room service Sunday evening, or grab a quick bite in Café Inez
prior to meeting us in the resort lobby.
This private excursion includes round-trip transfers from the resort to
the marina in Playa del Carmen, a private catamaran sail including
snorkeling at Inah Reef, snorkeling equipment, baked goods, fresh local
fruit and juice in the morning and a light Mexican buffet and open bar
following the snorkeling excursion.
WHAT TO BRING: Boat shoes, sneakers or sandals, sunglasses,
binoculars, a camera (or your smart phone). We recommend you wear
comfortable clothing (casual pants, shorts or a cover-up).
NOTE: We will provide you with use of hotel towels and motion-
sickness medication. We will return to the hotel at approximately 1 pm.
