Mean Girls

I see the tears go down my friends face then I look in the mirror and then I saw mine.
Have you ever been accused of something you didn't do? I have. “Why does everyone hate us?”
My friend said “we did nothing!” another said. Have you ever had a teacher come up to your
lunch table and call u “mean girls” let me tell u something, it doesn't feel good. But Guess what?

They think they know everything going on in our lives but they don't. They don't even try to get

our side of the story and we're tired of it. Sincerely, your local mean girls.

Dive

One time I was on the diving board and I was doing my double, and I went step 1, 2, 3, 4. I took

of lifting up my right leg and as I put my both legs down on the diving board I bent my legs and

pushed off. I threw my arms over my legs into a tuck. I waited one, two and I came out but it felt

different I looked at the sky and it literally felt like I was in slow motion. My back hit the water
and it hurt. SMACK. I swam up from the water and everyone said “are you ok are you okay?!”
“Aye I’m fine I said” but the truth is, I was fine I mean I’m tough I stung but I wasn't bawling. I

try a bunch of new things which means I smack a lot. But this one was one to remember. Oh aye!

I also got welts on my back. Lol.

13 reasons why is about a girl named Hannah Baker, She was bullied at school and killed

herself. She made 7 tapes with 2 sides to each one (except 7 only 1 side) making it 13. On each
tape she would say someone's name and explain what they did to her. She was a little dramatic,
not saying what happened to her was right I feel she could have told someone. She said she had
no one but what about “helmet” a.m. Clay. He was always by her said but when things got tough
for her she just pushed him aside. Clay tried to help. So that was Hannah’s fault. The T.V show
really changed the way I saw things. It told you how something that could seem so useless to a
person could really mean a lot. The main characters are Hannah, Bryce, Justin, Jessica, Courtney,
Zach, Tyler. Tyler kind of is irrelevant but he made it one one of the tapes. I think the way
Hannah put it is a little dramatic like I said, I think she could have maybe told Clay what was
going on instead of kicking him out. And leaving him not knowing why then she killed herself
Clay thought it was all his fault. And almost jumped off a cliff

As the wind blows
And the sunshine’s
As dandelion seeds go by

U walk around
Smelling the pollen

As it fills the air
As I walk in the grass

With my bare feet
I feel the softness of the grass
And it fills my body with love

My favorite school event it the last day of school. I feel like it is kinda worthless though. I mean

ya u get to sign a middle school book that u can look at with your kids and point out the people
you hatted and say “ well back in my day”

But other than that i am it's pretty fun but why do we even do stuff? Like in some classes we

actually work, I don't even bring my stuff to school. Teachers try to talk to me on the last day of

school and im like nahhh had enough of you. Haha just kidding. We spend like 30 mins walking

around awkwardly asking people to sign their yearbook. And even more awkward when some u
don't like says “can i sign your yearbook?!” and your thinking “i don't want your crusty name in
my yearbook” but u say “of course!” On the last couple minutes we had a countdown and we
named it “count down from getting out of this jail that we all hate” and the last 30 seconds we
said “summer, summer, summer, summer, summer” repeatedly until it was time to get out and your
girl tried to sprint out and one of the teachers said “you can't go yet!” and i was about to throw

some hands because IT WAS THE END OF SCHOOL! It was 1 minute after we were originally

supposed to get out and at that point i was done. My friends and i were like we have had enough,

so we left.

I go to a country club called “Halbrook” Its very nice and i have a lot of friends there. I do dive
now ages 13 and up. We go against different clubs and I am In A champs. But this year i might
not be because I’m going against older kids. Last year I got 3rd at Dive champs. And my
volleyball season doesn't end early because we always go to nationals either in open or national.
This year I am going to nationals in open which is the top bid you can get. I goes open, national,
USA, American, patriot. I was in national last year but this year i am in open. After my last
qualifier we usually have a 2-3 week break. During that time i usually take my naps and chill.
When practice starts back up i'm really out of shape and when we run i am dead. One of my
friends is gone for half of the summer which is really sad. I write to her 1-2 times a week. I have
volleyball nationals in June last year was Indiana the year before that was New Orleans. This
year is Minnesota. After nationals I usually have dive i am in A champs most of the time but i
don't know about this year because i am going against older kids.

Why This Recipe Is Important To Me
When I was in Kindergarten my mom and I would make smoothies everyday after school. We would put
in our mixed berries from costco and the milk and spinach. I always liked my smoothies thicker because I
liked to eat things with spoons and I still do. My mom would always be on cooking segments and talk
about how kids need to be healthy and what snacks they should eat after lunch. So one time my mom
decided she should use my smoothie as a snack for one of her segments. And you know i gave it a name,
“freeze out smoothie” sounds silly i know but because it was so thick it always gave me brain freezes. But
that wasn't all, if you didn't know I went to Washington D.C to meet the president of the United States
because of a recipe I made and guess what? The freeze out smoothie was part of it. And Still to this day
April 11, 2017 i still make them at the least once a week.

on our emotional health. One of the biggest concerns is how technology is changing the way kids
develop. Many teens have trouble separating from their parents and becoming independent
because you can just text your mom or dad.
