CIVILIZATION TESLYANA

Prof. Dr. VELIMIR ABRAMOVIĆ, Serbia, Editor in chief of CIVILIZATION TESLYANA

FORWARD (Welcome speech at the session of the extraterrestrial section of the Secret Society of Galactic Spirituality, interior of the pyramidal mountain Rtanj, Eastern Serbia, midnight, January 7, 2024) Dear beings of eternity, today's energy shortages and the pro-gravity engineering of interplanetary and possible intergalactic spacecraft that would fly at superlight speeds were solved, perhaps as early as Tesla's time. But the humanity of his time was not ready to accept and use this knowledge. Why? Simply because Tesla's proposed technology required a fundamental change in collective consciousness. "I no longer work for the present but for the future!" said Tesla to the assembled journalists in New York more than nine decades ago, "The future is mine!" We live Tesla's future today as an information world society, communication technology and the development of artificial intelligence, all of which are based on his patents from the 19th century: wireless transmission of signals and energy (1894 -1899), remote control (1896), "and logic gate", "and logic circuit" critical in the digital systems of our computers, not to mention the rotating magnetic field that he discovered even earlier, in 1882 and patented in 1884, which cannot be directly derived from Maxwell's equations of electromagnetism. The inventor of direct current, polyphase motors and generators, rotating magnetic field, radio, teleautomatics, the inventor on whose patents the energy of the twentieth century is actually based, worked for decades completely alone on the scientific explanation of cosmic processes, with the intention of theoretically uniting the spiritual and the material, as well as he did in his practical inventions. The mention of Tesla's name today is mostly associated with the so-called Tesla coil, the induction motor and the international unit for measuring the strength of the magnetic field. Many facts about his life and unusual creative gift have fallen into oblivion. Tesla spent the most fruitful period of his creativity in the United States of America. He patented over 700 inventions in the USA and many other countries. Many of them are unrepeatable even today, such as the radiant energy receiver, US patent from 190, about the

working principles and construction of which nothing is reliably known, except that it is a converter of environmental energy into electricity, which is not known today. He carried out research with very low frequencies in the period 1899 - 1900 in a specially built laboratory in Colorado Springs, where the now popular HAARP and the discovery of stationary waves and, as Tesla insists, the discovery of non-Hertzian waves, still not understood, and two years later he began to build near New York, on Long Island, an energetic world broadcasting station that he never quite completed, and it worked perfectly, as the American press wrote about its extremely successful trial in July 1903. June 30 (06) 1908. At 7h 17m Tesla performs his last experiment with the Wardencliff tower - the Tunguska explosion, sending huge potentials through the earth to the intended position. The numerological derivative of the digits of this date is 369.6. The number of Tesla's last room where he died in the New Yorker Hotel is 3327, and if we divide this number by 9, we get 369.6. A numerological extract identical to the date of the disaster in Tunguzia is obtained. After stopping the project on Long Island, for the next 38 working years of his life, Tesla rarely published anything other than newspaper articles and interviews, however, that period was by no means wasted and devoid of new knowledge. Right then, already as a mature scientist, he came to crucial general conclusions that are still pending today, but will surely soon open a completely new page in modern science and return the Ether Concept to Theoretical and Experimental Physics. Because it is known from history that whenever scientific thought finds itself in a crisis, at a dead end, scientists turn to ideas from the past, looking for inspiration and guidance. Here are three patents that are of exceptional importance, one has been used - a patent for vertical take-off, the second is still in the research phase, the famous Tesla turbine, and the third is of fundamental importance, but no one confirms it or denies its results. Thus, in 1905 Tesla received an American patent for measuring speeds greater than light, specifically 1.5 c, which he measured in natural media. I mention the year because Einstein's Electrodynamics of Bodies in Motion was published in the same year, the theory based on which the concept of Ether was thrown out of Physics and the highest cosmic speed was limited to the speed of light in a vacuum. The mathematics of this theory, popularly called the Special Theory of Relativity, was done by Mileva Marić Ajnštajn. So, in the same year, God wanted Serbian scientists to introduce etheric-light schizophrenia into Physics, and it is clear that here we have to solve the question of whether there is Ether or not, and especially the superconductivity of waves through natural mediums. 37,000 scientific documents from the period 1905-1943 alone are in the Archives of the Tesla Museum in Belgrade, documents that have not only not been published, but have also not been studied, nor have Tesla's scientifically obscure experiments been repeated. And as we

know from the work of Michelson and Morley and others, the negative outcome of an experiment in science is of enormous importance. I had a partial insight into that archive twenty years ago and I can testify, that there are experimental instructions for a completely new physics, the physics of Ether. Tesla's Theory is missing, but its reconstruction from the mirror is the strongest scientific challenge. A deeper understanding of Tesla would answer today's key questions, for example, nuclear fusion. First, Tesla's heuristic method, i.e. how Tesla came to his discoveries and what is the physical basis of his empirical mathematics. He also has three patents for medical devices, as well as experiments on the effect of very low-frequency electromagnetic waves on biological systems, especially on the work of the human brain, the construction of macro-energy structures, so-called "fireballs" from the induction fields of primary and secondary electromagnetic coils, that is with today's state of knowledge - unrepeatable in the laboratory. Then, superconductivity of natural and artificial media and others. For Tesla, electricity was a fluid substance endowed with the power of perception and consciousness. In mathematics, he was a supporter of realistic views, according to which there is an identity of mathematical and physical objects, that is, the reality of mathematics. Pure Pythagorean. He insisted on resonance, which is the technical name for synchronicity. In short, my research has shown that time is the logical key to Tesla's technology, starting with the asynchronous motor, i.e. the rotating magnetic field. This is the reason why, around the world, private researchers of the physics of time, and theorists and experimenters, inspired by Tesla, are so vitally interested in reconstructing Tesla's theory of physical reality and his understanding of electro-magnetic phenomena. There is no doubt that Tesla's understanding of the ethical component of science can serve to spiritualize contemporary natural sciences - especially genetics and physics, which is in a terrible crisis due to the destructive application of great scientific discoveries, starting from the chain reaction, i.e. the atomic bomb, to mindless genetic engineering, which we are witnessing. Does Tesla's understanding of the value of scientific development essentially stem from the universality of the character of the Balkan geomagnetic zone, which directs the development of our neural networks and conditions our thinking, and this is our contribution to the necessary construction of the spiritual level of the scientific-technological era (this is particularly expressed in Tesla's articles from 1900 - 1903 "The World System", "The Problem of Increasing Human Energy" and "How Cosmic Forces Shape Human Destinies". If you only superficially look at Tesla's article "The World System" from the year 1900 in 12 points, you will laugh heartily at the vague verses and vague, ambiguously described visions literally all other historical prophets, including the biblical ones, and Nostradamus and our Tarabićs.

In clear and precise language, that it couldn't be clearer, in 12 points Tesla describes our 21st century in which we live, our planetary information technology society. What can be expected from the study of Tesla's ideas in the near and distant future and what can and must we do? It is not at all an exaggeration to conclude that Tesla founded a global information society with his discoveries, which is obviously scientific and technical, that is, the technological basis of what is now called the "new world order". I would add, for the sake of Tesla and the truth, one more word: "New Serbian world order". Serbian as a spiritual-mental destination, not an ethnic one. Ilon Mask, from South Africa, is Serbian in spirit, even in behavior. Since the beginning of the year, his Tesla electric car factory has recorded an increase in shares from about 400 to one hundred, and our domestic car factory is called Fiat and there is no salary for the workers. In short, it is senseless, stupid, for us to fight against Tesla's world order, but we should have a higher consciousness and put ourselves at the head of it. The scientific part of our diaspora already occupies high positions in the world management community, for example, I have a list of ten Serbian plasma physicists who are at the top of world fusion projects. And the question is, who is the first plasma physicist, if not Tesla? All those lightnings in the old photographs that he produces in Colorado Springs are pure plasma, and he was the first to study and experiment with the Ionosphere as well. Is Tesla not only a genius engineer, but also the spiritual founder of a new phase of world scientific-technological civilization, let's call it - Tesla, whose ruling technology will be "time engineering", and the only and inexhaustible sources of energy from the cosmic environment - Ether and Time? Only to those who do not know Tesla fundamentally, this may sound like utopia and science fiction. However, whoever looks at and understands the perspective of the development of Tesla's Spiritual-Scientific legacy in the future, will understand that Tesla's demand for high ethics in the application of technology and human scientific knowledge in general is a guide to the harmony of people with each other and with the inexorable laws of nature. Of all human mental activities, only the exact and natural sciences deal directly with the inviolable laws of nature and the cosmos. In other words, only conscious scientific knowledge of cosmological laws frees us from their negative consequences, if we have the free will to do so. Let me be clear: the free will of the individual exists only before the choice, and that is why philosophy, like the love of wisdom, and ethics are crucial, so that we do not choose disharmonious consequences, as is prevalent in the human race today, bad consequences whose causes are emotionally to us, such as the desire to get rich, the desire for unlimited power over people and things, the desire for aggressive war victories and more. All of these are strong frictional forces of the evolution of the human species that Tesla calls "stupidity" in the article "Problem of increasing human energy".

In order for us to understand that Tesla is an exceptional phenomenon even in the gallery of geniuses, I will say something about his heuristic method. The necessity of innovation appeared in him at first as a diffuse psychological pressure, a compulsive necessity, causing the feeling of missing a future invention, innovation, i.e. something that had never existed before in the inventor's previous experience. In this, Tesla sees not only the origin of the inventive will in general, but also one more proof of the action of the laws of extrahuman reality through man. In short, he considers creative imagination, the vision of a scientific law in the form of an apparatus, to be the beginning of the cognitive act of prediction. From the understanding that scientific principles exist even outside the realm of human knowledge follows the peculiarity of Tesla's attitude of not agreeing to adopted and experimentally verified scientific knowledge, as well as to the so-called university science. For Tesla, the cosmos is mind and alive in all its parts. It is difficult to understand well the facts on which Tesla insists decisively in the descriptions of the way in which he made inventions, namely that a clear picture of the invention precedes even the very understanding of the principle as well as all subsequent assumptions that lead to its realization in concrete material. And as he says, he perfected the method of thought experimentation to such an extent that he was able to make all the corrections of his ideas in his mind, without a single physical test, which certainly illuminates to some extent the enigma of the quality of his work, the scope of which, considering the scientific or at least the technical newspapers of many segments, it is just amazing. In an effort to explain to himself the secret of the precise imagination of an applicable invention before realizing the very principles of work, Tesla also proposed a theory about the exclusively external stimulus of human thought and memory, and relying partly on René Descartes, he concluded about the cosmic automatism of all human subjective activities as well as human existence in general. . But since the result of automatic brain work, precisely according to Tesla's own experience, can be creative (i.e. the production of previously unknown thoughtvisual content), for the sake of coherence he also develops an additional assumption about the feedback effect of the visual centers of the brain on the retina, and in this he sees the cause of the emergence of eidetic images of his inventions. Thus, the human brain, even if challenged to work from the outside, can still continuously produce original content, thoughts and images, because the number of stimuli from the environment is unlimited. Finally, for Tesla, thinking, memory, movement, etc. are only feedback (feed-back) processes, so it can be noted that in the effort to come up with his own gift of invention, he also founded a pancosmic, i.e., ideal attitude of cybernetics. Believing that people are automatons governed by cosmic laws, Tesla also built an original theory of memory. He believed that the human brain does not have the ability to remember in

the way it is usually considered (ie biochemically or biophysically), but that memory is only the reaction of the human brain to repeated external stimuli. It is really indicative that a man known for his rarely good memory (he spoke seven or eight languages), believes that human memory does not exist. It is even more significant, of course, that someone with hundreds of scientific inventions does not attribute inventiveness to himself, but explicitly declares that he acts as a conductor of ideas from the world of science to the world of human practice. All this does not seem so contradictory anymore, if you bear in mind that Tesla, the son of an Orthodox priest, when asked about his religion, answered that he believes in one God who is not described in existing religions. Most of his life, and especially in the last years before his death, in the middle of New York, he lived extremely ascetically, almost like a Tibetan guru or an Orthodox saint, but constantly working until one day before leaving his body. The future of not only Tesla's science but also the entire world's scientific community is practically in our hands, and the key to dealing with Tesla is not only a choice of free will, but also a question of more consciousness and intelligence, and in particular it is a moral question whether we are in favor of a science that will to help man, for light and harmony, or are we for the dark ideal of transhumanist slave ownership, which is essentially universally unattainable because absolute good is infinite and inactive, and evil is active and because of that - relative. Why is it that we, here in Serbia, can most easily solve and overcome the errors and wanderings of relativism and quantum mechanics and show the world a saving third way in Physics, which is 1. Here is the largest part of Tesla's scientific archive, which is sufficient to establish a new phase in the development of Physics and other sciences that are starting to be based on it, namely theoretical biology, neuroscience, genetics and medicine. 2. We are a technical nation: our greatest people are neither writers, nor painters, and even less composers, but scientists who in many ways determined the evolution of this civilization. Bošković, Milanković, Pupin, and left us, to continue it, a completely new physics based on time as the most general law of the physical world - Nikola Tesla. 3. We have a naturally born mental matrix for easy loading of Tesla's scientific language.

THIRD TIME IN PHYSICS Quantum mechanics was rounded off by - Plank and Bor, relativism started by Poincaré, and ended by Mileva Marić and Albert Ajnštajn. Their ideas are mostly exhausted today, there is no further. Classical electromagnetism was done by Faraday, Maxwell and Hertz, and when it seemed that it couldn't do better, Tesla appeared with a revolutionary new electromagnetism. Let's call it: The third approach to understanding physical reality. This Temporal etheric physics and technology, based on Bošković's concept of relativity and the all-powerful techniques of vibration and resonance, was historically the first and only gifted to humanity by Tesla. But we have not yet received this most precious of all his gifts. It is the third and open path in physics, our natural path. The Tesla Institute and laboratory should be established here, in our country, as well as the accompanying Tesla University, Tesla's enigmatic experiments should be repeated and thus a revolutionary technological basis imbued with the scientific spirituality of a better world should be realized. 23 REPORT ON THE SEMINAR ON THEORY AND PHYSICS OF ETHER Date: January 27, 2024. Place: Alfa BK University Amphitheater, New Belgrade Time: 12:00 - 14:00 Lecturer: Engineer Goran Marjanović Topic: "Electromagnetic fields, ether and akasha" This year's 14th Dialectical Symposium of the World Philosophical Forum was held under the title "The best philosophical ideas that should educate, consolidate and unite humanity". In the spirit of the held symposium, ALFA BK UNIVERSITY established the panel TESLA - SATURDAY AT NOON, where key problems of philosophy, science and art will be discussed. Following the inspiration of Tesla, the forum began with the work of the Seminar for Theory and Physics of Ether, the first session of which is today, January 27, 2024, in the Alfa BK Amphitheater of the University in New Belgrade. The seminar was devoted to the topics of electromagnetic fields, ether and akasha, and the lecturer was engineer Goran Marjanović. The lecture was attended by a total of 88 participants, which includes the academic community, philosophers, scientists and artists. All those present were registered and their contacts were entered in the contact list, which was further forwarded to professors Slobo Ćamilović and Velja Abramović. Goran Marjanović held a lecture entitled "Electromagnetic fields, ether and akasha". In his presentation, Marjanović presented a synthesis of scientific and spiritual knowledge through the Model of Quantized Energy Densities. This structure, as pointed out, offers a deeper understanding of the material and spiritual aspect of reality through the harmony of the micro and macro world, the golden section, harmony with the environment and natural symmetry. Special attention is paid to the phenomenon of "ether" and the domain of "sub-photon" phenomena that cannot be detected by scientific methods and equipment, nor are they described by existing theories. Engineer Marjanović pointed out that electromagnetic fields (light), ether and akasha are phenomena of different "quantization levels" defined by energy density, with different characteristics and properties. The lecture gave the participants the opportunity to see the connections between scientific principles and spiritual insights, as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts of electromagnetic fields and ether. Marjanović pointed out that the ancient Vedic teachings and principles of creation are in alignment with the ideas of Nikola Tesla, which indicates deep connections between scientific and spiritual traditions. At the end of the lecture, it was announced that the next lecture at the Alfa BK tribune of TESLA University will be held on Saturday afternoon in the field of Philosophy of Science at 12 noon, on Saturday, February 10, 2024. The initiator and organizers of the seminar are Professor Velimir Abramović, Ph.D., Prof. Slobodan Ćamilović, Ph.D. Branka Kovačević. Prof. Dr. Velimir Abramović Translated by Zlatan Demirović

MARC JEFFREY SEIFER, Ph.D. Born 17 February 1948) is an American author who has published books on handwriting analysis (Graphology), human consciousness and the mind, biographies of the inventor Nikola Tesla, and several works of fiction.[1] His book Wizard: The Life & Times of Nikola Tesla: Biography of a Genius has been called "Serious scholarship" by Scientific American, "Revelatory" by Publishers Weekly and is "Highly Recommended" by the American Association for the Advancement of Science. (Wiki) Marc J. Seifer, Ph D.-USA, author of the bestselling books: Wizard The Life and Times of Nikola Tesla and Tesla Wizard at War .

THE SECRET HISTORY OF THE WIRELESS Marc J. Seifer, Ph.D. Adapted from TESLA: WIZARD AT WAR © November 27, 2023 A Silent Tribute...1 Following the story from Prodigy Magazine, December 2023… THE WAR TO END ALL WARS Within two weeks after World War I started, Germany’s transatlantic cable was severed by the British. The only reasonable alternative for communicating with the outside world was through Telefunken’s wireless system. Suddenly, the Tuckertown and Sayville plants became of paramount concern. The Germans obviously wanted to maintain the stations to keep the Kaiser abreast of President Woodrow Wilson’s intentions, but the British wanted them shut down. In July of1914, Marconi was decorated by the King of England at Buckingham Palace. Now, the fight against Telefunken would be fought on military as well as commercial grounds as it became clear that the Germans were using their plants to help coordinate submarine and battleship movements. The wireless lines also marked the burgeoning alliance forming between Italy and the English empire.11 As a pacifist, Wilson maintained a strict policy of neutrality although the sentiments of the majority of the American population was with England, particularly after Germany stormed through the peaceful kingdom of Belgium. Nevertheless, fully one-tenth of the country was of German stock, and their sentiments were with the other side. To avoid the problem of having the

Germans use its American based transmitters for war purposes Wilson ordered the U.S. Navy to appropriate the Tuckertown plant so that the United States could send its own “radio coded messages abroad.” The Kaiser during the Great War. Wilson’s presidential decree was published in the papers: Whereas an order has been issued by me this day, August 5, 1914, declaring that all radio stations within the jurisdiction of the United States of America were prohibited from transmitting or receiving... messages of an unneutral nature and from in any way rendering to any one of the belligerants any unneutral services... It is ordered, by virtue of authority vested in me by the Radio Act... that one of more of the high powered radio stations within the jurisdiction of the United States... shall be taken over by the Government.12 THE LEGAL FRONT Throughout the beginning of the war, Tesla stepped up his legal campaign against Marconi, as he continued to advise and receive compensation from Telefunken. As the country was still officially neutral, (American would dot enter the war for another three years), the arrangement was entirely above board. Nevertheless, few people knew about the German/Tesla link, although the inventor made no secret of it to Jack Morgan.

Tesla must have gotten a kick out of this drawing as it depicts him using Marconi’s primitive wireless equipment to blow up ships by remote control. From Sunday News, 1905. February 19, 1915 Dear Mr. Morgan, I am expecting to embody in their plant at Sayville some features of my own which will make it practicable to communicate with Berlin by wireless telephone and then royalties will be very considerable. We have already drawn papers.13 Camouflaged by the smokescreen of the American sounding Atlantic Cable Company, Telefunken swiftly moved to increase the power of its remaining station at Sayville. Located near the town of Patchogue out from the flats of Long Island, just a few miles from Wardenclyffe, the Sayville Complex encompassed 100 acres, and employed many German workers. With its main offices in Manhattan, and its German director, Dr. Karl George Frank, an American citizen, Telefunken was legally covered, as no foreigner could own a license to operate a wireless station in the country. (Thus, Marconi also had an American affiliate.) It was an easy matter for Tesla to confer with Atlantic in the city and also go out to the site of the plant. Within two months of Tesla’s letter to Morgan, through Tesla’s promptings to his German counterpart, Jonathan Zenneck, the plant at Sayville tripled its output by erecting two more 500- foot-tall pyramid-shaped transmission towers and vastly increased its ground connection. Resonating accouterments spread out over the land for thousands of more feet. Telefunken’s output was thus boosted from 35 kilowatts to over 100. Germany was now perceived as jumping into the number one spot in the wireless race. The New York Times reported on their front page, “Few persons outside radio officials knew that Sayville was becoming one of the most powerful transatlantic communicating stations in this part of the world.”14

TESLA SUES MARCONI ON WIRELESS PATENT Alleges That Important Apparatus Infringes Prior Rights A suit brought by Nikola Tesla against the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company of America, seeking the annulment of one of the chief Marconi patents, will have its first public argument in the United States District Court tomorrow. ... New York Times, August 4, 1915.15 The years preceding America’s entrance into World War I contained an overwhelming quagmire of litigation involving most countries, and virtually every major inventor in the wireless field. In August of 1914, Lowenstein was sued for violating Marconi’s patent 763,772. However, this was only one of a number of legal battles the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company would have with the Tesla legacy, as Tesla himself sued his arch rival that year, as did the U.S. Navy and also Atlantic Cable Company. During the following spring, Marconi was subpoenaed by Telefunken. Due to the importance of the case, he sailed off for America on the Lusitania arriving in April of 1915 to testify. “We sighted a German submarine periscope,” he told astonished reporters and his friends at dockside.16 As three merchant ships had already been torpedoed without warning by the German U-Boats the month before, Marconi’s inflammatory assertion was not taken lightly. The Brooklyn Eagle reported that this suit brought “some of the world’s greatest inventors on hand to testify.”17 Marconi had been declared a victor in a Brooklyn district court by Judge Van Vechter Veeder, during some of the Lownenstein proceedings. Although he certainly had the aura of the press behind him, Signor Marconi was beaten by the Navy in one patent dispute that year.18 This German case, with all the heavyweights in town, promised to be portentous for establishing, once and for all, the true legal rights. Aside from Marconi, there was, for the defense, Columbia Professor Michael Pupin, whose testimony was even quoted in papers in California. With braggadocio, Pupin declared, “I invented wireless before Marconi or Tesla, and it was I who gave it unreservedly to those who followed!”19

Michael Pupin rejecting the idea of congratulating Tesla on his 75th birthday. “Nevertheless,” Pupin continued, “it was Marconi’s genius who gave the idea to the world, and he taught the world how to build a telegraphic practice upon the basis of this idea. [As I did not take out patents on my experiments], in my opinion, the first claim for wireless telegraphy belongs to Mr. Marconi absolutely, and to nobody else.”20 Watching his fellow Serb upon the stand, Tesla’s jaw dropped so hard, it almost cracked upon the floor! When Tesla took the stand for Atlantic, he came with his attorney, Drury W. Cooper of Kerr, Page & Cooper. Unlike Pupin, who could only state abstractly that he was the original inventor, Tesla proceeded to explain in clear fashion all of his work from the years 1891-1899. He documented his assertions with transcripts from published articles, from the Martin text, and from public lectures such as his well known wireless demonstration which he had presented to the public in St. Louis in 1893. The inventor also brought along copies of his various requisite patents which he had created while working at his Houston Street Lab during the years 1896- 1899. COURT: What were the [greatest] distances between the transmitting and receiving stations? TESLA: ... From the Houston laboratory to West Point, that is, I think, a distance of about thirty miles. COURT: Was that prior to 1901? TESLA: ... Yes, it was prior to 1897 ...

COURT: Was there anything hidden about [the equipment], or were they open so that anyone could use them? TESLA: There were thousands of people, distinguished men of all kinds, from kings and greatest artists and scientists in the world down to old chums of mine, mechanics, to whom my laboratory was always open. I showed it to everybody; I talked freely about it.21 JOHN STONE STONE I think we all misunderstood Tesla. We thought he was a... visionary... He did have visions but they were of a real future, not an imaginary one... It has been difficult to make any but unimportant improvements in the art of radio-telegraphy without traveling part of the way, at least, along a trail blazed by this pioneer... The apparatus he devised and constructed... was so far ahead of [its] time that the best of us then mistook him for a dreamer.22 Another jolt to Marconi came from John Stone Stone (his mother’s maiden name, by coincidence, was also Stone). Having traveled with his father, a general in the Union Army, throughout Egypt and the Mediterranean as a boy, Stone was educated as a physicist at Columbia University and John Hopkins University, where he graduated in 1890. A research scientist for Bell Labs in Boston for many years, Stone had set up his own wireless concern in 1899. The following year, he filed for a fundamental patent on tuning, which was allowed by the U.S. Patent Office over a year before Marconi’s.23 Its essential features included his pioneer claim for the idea of “adjustable tuning by means of a variable inductance of the closed circuits of both transmitter and receiver.24 Stone, who never considered himself the original inventor of the radio, as President of the Institute of Radio Engineers, and owner of a wireless enterprise, put together a dossier of inventor priorities in “continuous-wave radio frequency apparatus.” He wanted to determine for himself the etiology of the invention. Adorned in a formal suit, silk ascot, high starched collar and pincenez attached by a ribbon around his neck, the worldly aristocrat took the stand: Marconi, receiving his inspiration from the experiments of Hertz and Righi... [was] impressed with the electric radiation aspect of the subject... and it was a long time before he seemed to appreciate the real role of the earth in the operation of his system, though he early recognized that the connection of his oscillator the earth was very material value... Tesla’s electric earth waves explanation was the more serviceable in that it explained the important and useful function of [potential waves in] the earth, whereby the waves were enabled to travel over and around hills and were not obstructed by the sphericity of the earth’s surface, while Marconi’s view led many to place an altogether too limited scope to the possible range of transmission... With the removal of the spark gap from the antenna, the development

of earthed antenna, and the gradual enlargement of the size of stations as it was realized... greater range could be obtained with larger power used at lower frequencies, [and] the art returned to the state to which Tesla developed it. Attributing the opposition, and alas, even himself, to having been afflicted with “intellectual myopia,” Stone concluded that although he had been designing wireless equipment and running wireless companies since the turn of the century, it wasn’t until he “commenced with this study” that he really understood Tesla’s contribution to the development of the field.25 THE FDR CONNECTION Another case which did not receive much publicity, but which became vital to the Supreme Court’s ruling in Tesla’s favor over Marconi in 1943, was Marconi vs. the United States Navy, which Marconi brought on July 29, 1916. Marconi was suing for infringement of a fundamental wireless patent (#763,772), which had been allowed in June of 1904. The Italian was seeking $43,000 in damages. Acting Secretary of the Navy, E.F. Sweet, and also Assistant Secretary Franklin D. Roosevelt began a correspondence in September of 1916 to review Tesla’s 17 year old file to the Light House Board. Roosevelt wrote: This [Light House Board Tesla File] may be made use of in forthcoming litigation in which the Government is involved... [Tesla’s claims provide] suitable proof of priority of certain wireless usages by other than Marconi [and thus] might prove of great aid to the Government.26 1915 dinner of the AIEE in honor of German wireless experts, Ferdinand Braun and Jonathan Zenneck.

Writing from his Experimental Laboratory in Colorado Springs, in 1899 to the Navy, Tesla described seven features of his wireless system which established unequivocally his stature as primary inventor. This discovery, Tesla pointed out, was announced “a few years ago [when] I laid down [these] certain novel principles: (1) an oscillator; (2) a ground and elevated circuit; (3) a transmitter; (4) a resonant receiver; (5) a transformer ‘that scientific men have honored me by identifying it with my name’ [Tesla coil]; (6) a powerful conduction coil; and (7) a transformer in the receiving apparatus.”27 The history of Marconi’s patent applications to the U.S. Patent Office provided additional ammunition. In 1900, John Seymour, the Commissioner of Patents who had protected Tesla against the demands of Michael Pupin for an SC claim at this same time, disqualified Marconi’s first attempts at achieving a patent because of prior claims of Lodge and Braun and particularly Tesla. “Marconi’s pretended ignorance of the nature of a ‘Tesla oscillator’ [is] little short of absurd,” wrote the Commissioner. “Ever since Tesla’s famous [1891-1893 lectures]... widely published in all languages, the term ‘Tesla oscillator’ has become a household word on both continents.” The Patent Office also cited quotations from Marconi himself admitting use of a Tesla oscillator. Two years later, in 1902, Stone was granted a patent on tuning which the government cited as anticipating Marconi, and two years after that, after Seymour retired, Marconi was granted his infamous 1904 patent.28 THE FIFTH COLUMN Due to the dangers that existed on the high seas, and rumors that the Germans were out for Marconi’s head, the “Senatore” did not sail back on the Lusitania, but rather returned on the St. Paul in a disguised identity and under an assumed name. A week after Marconi’s departure, in May of 1915, a German submarine torpedoed the great ocean liner, the Lusitania, killing 1,134 individual; only 750 survived. The sinking, in lieu of the alternative procedure of boarding unarmed passenger ships by military vessels, was unheard of. Quite possibly, Marconi could have been a target, however, the Germans used as their reason the cargo of armaments on board headed for Great Britain. In July of 1915, the Senate chambers in Washington was rocked by a terrorist bomb. The following day, the fanatic who planted it, Dr. Erich Muenter, alias Frank Holt, a teacher of German from Cornel University, and wife murderer, walked into Jack Morgan’s Long Island home toting a six guy in each hand. He wanted Morgan to stop the flow of arms to Europe. With his wife and daughter leaping at the assailant, Morgan charged forward. Shot twice in the groin, Morgan and his wife were able to wrestle the guns from the man, and get him arrested. Tesla sent the overnight hero a get well letter,29 as Holt committed suicide in a Long Island jail cell. The Fifth Column had emerged. German spies were everywhere. Reports started filtering in that the Germans were creating a secret submarine base around islands off the coast of Maine. It was also alleged that the broadcasting station out at Sayville was not merely sending neutral dispatches to Berlin, but rather coded messages to battleships and submarines. The front pages of the papers were saturated with alarming headlines:

German U-boat sinks Lusitania, 1915. 20 OR MORE AMERICANS LOST WHEN GERMANS SINK [Peaceful Freighter] NAVY MAY SEIZE SAYVILLE WIRELESS Plant Under Suspicion THINK GERMAN STATION MAY SEND MESSAGES TO SUBMARINES Evidence Before Congress Wilson Hears of New Disaster NEW SUBMARINE ATTACK However, a Surprise in View of Hope from Berlin BASE FOR GERMAN SUBMARINES HERE? Von Tirpitz Said to be Launching New Campaign to Sink Munitions Ships With Tesla, just a few months earlier, boasting to Morgan that he was working for the Germans, and “Grand Admiral von Tirpitz contemplat[ing] a more vigorous campaign against freight ships... [and planning] a secret base on this side of the Atlantic”30 it is quite possible that the inventor’s name became tainted in some inner circles. A week later, on Tesla’s 59th birthday, the Times reported that not only were the Germans dropping bombs over London from Zeppelins, they were also “controlling air torpedoes” by means of radio dynamics. Fired from Zeppelins, the supposed “German aerial torpedo[es] can theoretically remain in the air three hours, and can be controlled from a distance of two miles...

Undoubtedly, this is the secret invention of which we have heard so many whispers that the Germans have held in reserve for the British fleet.” 31 Although it seemed as if Tesla’s telautomatic nightmare prognostication of 1898 had come to be, Tesla himself announced to the press that “the news of these... magic bombs... cannot be accepted as true, [though] they reveal just so many startling possibilities.” “Aghast at the pernicious existing regime of the Germans,” Tesla accused Germany of being an “unfeeling automaton, a diabolic contrivance for scientific, pitiless, wholesale destruction of the like of which was not dreamed of before.” No doubt, Tesla stopped doing business with von Tirpitz, although he probably continued his relationship with Sayville engineer Jonathan Zenneck who may have been morally opposed to the war although he was later arrested as a potential spy. Tesla’s solution to the war was twofold: (1) a better defense, through an electronic star-wars type shield he was working on, and (2) “the eradication from our hearts of nationalism.” If blind patriotism could be replaced with “love of nature and scientific ideal... permanent peace [could] be established.”32 Spies had infiltrated the Navy Yard in Brooklyn to use the station to send secret coded messages to Berlin; through Richard Pfund, head of the Sayville plant, they had apparently also installed equipment on the roof at 111 Broadway, the building that housed Telefunken’s offices.33 Lieutenant Meyer, “who ran the Tuckertown operation... [was placed] in a Detention Camp in Georgia,” suspected of spying. 34 As Tesla had been working with Pfund, Meyer and von Tirpitz, and as he had continued to receive royalty payments from a division of Telefunken right through the first month of 1917,35 it is possible that he was placed on a list of potential subversives in the mad quest to ferret out all German agents, even though his lengthy condemnation of Germany was published as a major treatise in THE SUN. The job of taking over all wireless stations fell to Josephus Daniels, Secretary of the Navy; his assistant was Franklin Delano Roosevelt. In the summer of 1915, Daniels placed Thomas Edison head of a civilian think-tank called the “Naval Consultant Board.” Working with Franklin Roosevelt, Edison appointed numerous inventors to various positions such as Frank Sprague, Elihu Thomson and Michael Pupin, with Tesla’s name conspicuously missing from the list. to be continued… Marc J. 36 ELDAR AKHADOV, Azerbaijan TESLA IN BAKU On February 8, 2013, in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, in the park, at the intersection of Freedom Avenue and Suleyman Rahimov Street, the opening ceremony of the monument to the brilliant Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla took place. The ceremony was attended by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, his wife Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic, his wife Dragica Nikolic, officials of the two governments, representatives of the media and the public. At the opening ceremony, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Serbia made speeches. The authors of the monument are the People's Artist of Azerbaijan, sculptor Omar Eldarov and architect Sanan Salamzade. The monument is cast from bronze. Its height together with the pedestal is 3.3 meters. The monument is installed against the background of a decorative panel depicting one of Tesla’s main inventions - the alternating current generator. My family has always known who Nikola Tesla is. The fact is that my father is an energy engineer who for many years headed the electrical repair shop of a Baku plant producing fluorescent lamps for lighting the cities of the Soviet Union and friendly countries. My father was fanatically devoted to his work. In his youth, he graduated from the energy department of the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute. During his working career, Alikhas Akhadov made many inventions; his father’s French colleagues invited him to work in France, but he, as a Soviet communist, refused the lucrative offer. This was the decision of the Communist Party, to the great regret of his wife, my mother. I was a child, but I remember well their arguments among themselves.

In 1977, I graduated from school and entered... the energy department of the institute from which my father graduated. It was a natural decision for our family. 4 years later, my younger sister did the same thing. The situation with my student life in 1978 was changed by the initiative of the leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, the father of the current president of the country, Ilham Aliyev. Heydar Aliyev initiated the sending of the best representatives of the national student youth to study at higher educational institutions of the Soviet Union outside the Republic of Azerbaijan. I decided to respond to the call of the leader of my republic and took part in a competition to study at the Leningrad Mining Institute. Now called St. Petersburg Mining University, it was founded in 1773 by Empress Catherine the Great and is located on St. Petersburg's Vasilyevsky Island, which in Soviet times was named after Lenin. 113 young men and women from Azerbaijan applied for two places to study at this institute. I passed the exams and took one of the two places as winners of the competition. Of course, the experience of a year of studying at the energy department of the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute, which my father, Alikhas Akhadov, once graduated from, helped me. By the way, Ilham Aliyev’s birthday is December 24, 1961, my birthday is July 19, 1960. We are united by the place where we were born - the oldest Baku maternity hospital named after Nadezhda Krupskaya, which is located on the Sabail Peninsula. The life journey of many Baku residents began from there. I remember how many years ago Ilham the Liberator’s cousin Farid took me in his Maybach to the Caspian coast of Pirallahi Island to show the swans wintering off the coast of the Absheron Peninsula. A wonderful sight: like fluffy snowflakes of the Far North floating in the frosty air, there, in the Caspian sea distance, the swans seemed to me like pieces of white fluffy snow on emerald blue water... What does Nikola Tesla have to do with Baku? He's never been here. And yet he has the most direct relation to the city of Baku, however, in the same way as to each of us: we all use his inventions every day, and sometimes hourly. By the beginning of 2013, monuments to famous Azerbaijanis already stood in Serbia. For example, Heydar Aliyev and composer Uzeir Hajibeyli. The order to create a sculpture of Nikola Tesla was received by the People's Artist of Azerbaijan, sculptor Omar Eldarov and architect Sanan Salamzade. The problem was that there was less than a month left before the Serbian President arrived in Baku, and the monument had to be erected by the date of his arrival! Moreover, according to Omar Eldarov: at the time of receiving the order, he knew almost nothing about the great Serbian scientist! It took some time to collect information about N. Tesla, to study and understand his extraordinary personality. Omar Eldarov decided to portray Tesla as a young man full of ideas and strength. The sculptor was so interested in Tesla’s personality that after completing work on the sculpture, he continued to study information about the scientist and his achievements. Years later, Omar Eldarov admits that if he had been commissioned to create a sculpture now, he would have depicted it differently. For Tesla’s very personality is shrouded in mysticism and secrets. Nikola Tesla was born in 1856 in the small village of Smiljani in what is now Croatia in the family of a priest of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Despite the father's desire for his son to follow his rule Oops, since childhood Nikola dreamed of becoming an engineer and doing science.

In 1882, after graduating from the Polytechnic Institute in Graz and the University of Prague, the young scientist Nikola Tesla moved to Paris and got a job in a large company. A year later he assembles his first electric motor, and a year later he meets Thomas Edison. At the invitation of Edison, Tesla moved to New York and received a position as an engineer repairing electric motors and generators. Disagreements between the two inventors led Tesla to quit and start his own company; in 1888, he sold 40 patents for a total of $1 million and was finally able to devote more time to his research instead of work. Between 1888 and 1895, Tesla experimented in the field of magnetic fields and high frequencies. In 1899-1900, the scientist conducted a series of experiments in the town of Colorado Springs, during which he proved the possibility of transmitting electric current through the ground. In 1900, the scientist-inventor returned to New York and built a tower with money from banker Morgan to establish transatlantic communications. Later, Tesla confessed to his patron that his main task was to create a machine capable of transmitting electricity to any corner of the earth, and not a communication system. The great scientist died on January 7, 1943. The range of Tesla's research was very wide. He discovered the phenomenon of a rotating magnetic field, on the basis of which he built electric generators. Since 1889, he began researching high-frequency currents and high voltages. He invented the first samples of electromechanical HF generators (including the inductor type) and a high-frequency transformer (Tesla transformer, 1891), thereby creating the prerequisites for the development of a new branch of electrical engineering - HF technology. Even the topics of his patents are difficult to list. These are electric motors, rectifiers, electric generators, transformers, fluorescent lamps, high-frequency equipment, lighting systems and much more. Tesla created the first samples of a two-phase alternating current generator and a high-frequency transformer. His work on wireless transmission of signals over distance had a great influence on the development of radio engineering; he designed a number of radiocontrolled self-propelled mechanisms, which he called “teleautomatics,” and developed the principle of radar. In 1891, Tesla described and demonstrated the principles of radio communication at a public lecture. In 1893, he became closely involved in the issues of wireless communication and invented the mast antenna. In 1893, Tesla built the first wave radio transmitter, beating Popov and Marconi by several years. In 1943, the US Supreme Court confirmed Tesla's primacy in this invention. Nikola Tesla's discoveries formed the basis of modern electrical engineering. Tesla gained a great name and universal fame when the powerful generators he developed were installed at the Niagara hydroelectric power station, then the largest in the world, with a capacity of 50,000 horsepower. Suffice it to say that 13 patents used in the construction of this first power plant in the world belonged to Tesla. The richest people of that time participated in financing the project: Morgan, Astor, Rothschild and Vanderbilt. The SI unit of measurement of magnetic induction is named after Tesla.

According to historians, Tesla's eccentric nature has caused many rumors. Tesla’s experiments were credited with a connection with the problem of the Tunguska meteorite, the “Philadelphia experiment” - the transformation of a large US warship with its entire crew into an invisible object, etc. The ex-director of the Tesla Museum in Belgrade, Velimir Abramovich, published a letter of appeal in which he indicated that “since 1952, about 60 thousand still unstudied scientific documents of the world famous Serbian scientist have been stored” and proposed the creation of a Russian-Serbian society (institute) for the study of scientific legacy of Nikola Tesla. Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Tomislav Nikolic removed the veil from the monument and laid flowers on it. The First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and the First Lady of Serbia Dragica Nikolic also laid flowers at the monument. The park where the monument is erected has been landscaped and conditions have been created for the townspeople to relax. President Ilham Aliyev, his wife Mehriban Aliyeva and President Tomislav Nikolic and his wife Dragica Nikolic took a souvenir photo in front of the monument. Speech by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the opening of the Nikola Tesla monument in Baku: “Today is a very significant day in the history of Serbian-Azerbaijani relations. Today a monument to the great son of the Serbian people, the outstanding scientist Nikola Tesla, is unveiled in Baku. I warmly congratulate you all on this occasion. I am very glad that in Baku there is already a monument to the outstanding scientist, world-class inventor Nikola Tesla. Nikola Tesla made an enormous contribution to world science, and his memory is revered with great respect throughout the world. Today, guests from Serbia, as well as Azerbaijani scientists, are taking part in this ceremony. This place, this park is already a park of Serbian-Azerbaijani friendship. In general, erected both in Serbia and in Azerbaijan, monuments to outstanding representatives of the Serbian and Azerbaijani peoples unite our peoples and countries even more closely. A year and a half ago, a monument to the great leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as a monument to the outstanding Serbian writer Milorad Pavic, were erected in Belgrade. I am very glad that on the territory where these monuments are located, in the famous Tashmaidan Park, traces of the work of Azerbaijani architects are already visible. And in the city of Novi Sad there is a bust of the brilliant Azerbaijani composer Uzeir Hajibeyli. While in Novi Sad, I got acquainted with the work done there and was captivated by the beauty of the coastal park restored by Azerbaijan. These significant events are a sign of respect of both peoples and states for outstanding representatives of the other people, as well as evidence of Serbian-Azerbaijani friendship. The opening of the monument to Nikola Tesla during the official visit of the President of Serbia to Azerbaijan, of course, gives this event additional meaning. Today, Serbian-Azerbaijani relations are experiencing a period of development. The negotiations and exchange of views held by me and my colleague today once again demonstrate that our countries are very close to each other. We are partners and friends, and this visit will further strengthen our friendship. The agenda of our bilateral relations is very broad and, of course, covers political, economic and social issues. Among them, cooperation in the humanitarian sphere occupies a special place. I

would really like our cooperation in the fields of science, culture and art to also develop. I believe that the opening of this monument in Baku was an important step in this direction. This monument, located in the center of Baku, in an ancient corner of the city, and this created park are actually a monument to Serbian-Azerbaijani friendship. I am sure that Serbs living in Baku and, of course, local residents, when they come here, will establish even closer friendly relations with each other. Dear friends, once again I cordially congratulate you all on this wonderful event. Speech by the President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic: “The Declaration of Hatt-i-Sherif, which brought independence, freedom and faith to Serbia, was read out in 1830 in Tašmajdan Square. It was in this park that Prince Milos was proclaimed the leader of the country. Such historical heritage in one of the most beautiful parks is enriched by monuments to the national leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as the writer Milorad Pavic. This park is decorated with uniquely attractive fountains. In the evenings, music, the play of water and various colors throughout this complex makes a great impression. The water extravaganza gives this space a special beauty. It is at this place that monuments to both Heydar Aliyev and Milorad Pavic were erected; the residents of Belgrade always gather there. By installing a monument to the world-famous scientist, the Azerbaijani people express respect for the man who, with his inventions, brought innovations that illuminated our daily lives. The scientific discoveries of this scientist are the achievements of all mankind. His achievements are regarded everywhere as the activities of a great Serb. There can be no greater honor than to stand in a friendly country next to its leader in front of the monument of the most famous scientist of his people. It is a great honor for us to be compatriots of the great Nikola Tesla; we are proud that his achievements belong to all of humanity. As a sign of respect for the great scientist and Serbia, Azerbaijan erected a monument to Nikola Tesla in such a beautiful place. We believe that this park will become a favorite place for the residents of Baku, and they will come here in the same way as Belgrade residents come to the park where the monument to Heydar Aliyev is erected. Monuments to the great sons of the two nations are already becoming part of our common history. On behalf of the citizens of Serbia, we express our gratitude. “ In conclusion, the President of Serbia and his wife thanked the author of the monument, Omar Eldarov.

Dr JERNAIL SINGH ANAND, India FROM PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY OF LIFE TO THE HIGHER MATHEMATICS OF SPIRITUALITY Dr. Jernail S. Anand Spirituality is the mystery which science tries to explore. Generally, we confuse spirituality with a blind faith in gods and goddesses, some abstract talk about heaven or hell, and we find such talk in the daily columns of almost every religion. A religion too is an attempt to make people believe in a mystery no one has decoded till now. It was only science which attempted to peep into the dark sheets of supera-reality and bring to man knowledge and power with which he can face the elements and prove that he can survive the worst of conditions. Generally, it is believed that science is antithetical to the idea of spirituality. This grows from our approach to spirituality as an abstract sphere in which no human observations are possible. Spirituality is looked upon as a dark world of invisible operations by gods and demons. If we look at great Indian sage SwamiVivekanda’s philosophy, and what Nikola Tesla says of science and its affinity to spirituality, it is not difficult to see a direct connection between the two seeming extremes of experience and belief.

Science is exploring into visible nature and tumbling out secrets which used to confuse mankind and people lived in awe which was encashed by ‘tantriks’. Spirituality is exploring those realms which remain beyond the powers of the empirical contrivances like science. In my opinion, science is exploring nature and nature is what finally leads us to the spirit of the universe. And the spirit of the universe is creativity. From what is [science] to what may be [spirituality], we can move to what should be [a combination of both]. The coming together of Swami Vivekanda and Tesla signifies the coming together of science and spirituality which gives birth to the hope that science can finally decode the messages which remain beyond the understanding of humanity. I think there is another kind of bonding between the two. Spirituality does not simply restrict itself to the idea of gods and goddesses, heaven, and hell, good and evil. Spirituality is a discipline as empirical as science itself. It is another thing, we do not teach it in the Universities and colleges. If science deals with a man’s physics, his chemistry, why it cannot touch his higher mathematics. It is the higher mathematics which I call the spiritual aspects of a man’s life. Spirituality is getting in touch with the creative spirit of the Universe. Those who can transcend the narrow lanes of religion and think in terms of the cosmic brotherhood of the universe, they are true spiritualists. In other words, in my opinion, spirituality is getting back into the ranks of the creative flow of nature. In more clear terms, let me state, man was created as one among other objects of nature. Trees, rivers, mountains, flowers, man. He was a part of nature so long as he remained in constant connect with forces of nature. However, sooner or later, he got disconnected, and now, we see him ranged against nature. This is cutting off spiritually from the creative spirit and joining the destruction gang. Spirituality brings us back into the chain of being, as a useful object of the universe. It connects with science is important from this point too. Because it is spirituality which can stop science from its inhuman and unnatural and blind march into the void. Dr. Jernail S. Anand President, International Academy of Ethics. Imp. 43 EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with scientist IBRA MESINOVIĆ, Sweden Mr. Mesinović is a scientist, inventor, thinker, mystic, esotericist... An individual, but also a participant in public projects, some of which are parts of NASA projects...

ZLATAN DEMIROVIC, Prodigy Magazin IBRA MESINOVIĆ, Sweden

1. Please introduce yourself to our audience! My name is Ibra Mesinovic I was born on February 24, 1966, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. 1969 my parents moved to Prijedor where I lived until the war 1992. I attended school in Prijedor and the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade. As a 12-year-old boy, I showed a great interest in physics and mathematics and this love keeps me going until today's day. I am an innovator by profession, namely, I am engaged in the development of new products methods and systems. For the past 25 years, I have been intensively researching water memory and how water communicates. 2. The theme of this issue is TESLA'S LEGACY. Tell us something about Tesla's role in your life and work. Tesla has remained my idol from day one to the present I consider him a lighthouse through stormy nights. I'm particularly interested in the ether area of Tesla's development. And that's the period in his middle-aged years. I think and I'm sure that we as a civilization are not yet sufficiently developed to understand or be able to totally use some of his ideas. I don't know much about electrical engineering, so I studied Tesla primarily from the ethereal side. 3. Can you reveal to us some "conspiratorial" project of your life? I have never had a big secret project. In my life, I think the Vorprop I've worked for a gentleman may occupy some of the highest places of secrecy. This project was supposed to provide propulsion for ships based on the principle of impulsion Viktor Shauberger, and it should revolutionize sea transport. 4. To what extent have you applied Tesla's theory of the creation of matter from ETHER with the help of light to your system? Tesla has been a guiding star of research and way of thinking since my earliest days. In it I found inspiration for my theory nathurales. A different approach to the universe its structure of origin and the laws that govern it.

5. What is your interpretation of consciousness and what does it derive from? Consciousness or soul, in my opinion, is a direct gift of the universe. And I could split it into 2 points: 1. The ego part is the part that takes us through the dual ethar, and it's necessary to get the impression that we're deciding something to gain experience and condense as much love as possible. 2. The singular part that we surrender back to the universe is pure energy love which according to my theory naturales is an integral part of the ether. So, I have a view of the symbiosis between us and the universe. They both need both. We wouldn't exist without the universe. Universe will bi ceased to exist without us. 1. "Cosmic love" is the basic binding force in the Universe in esoteric scientific circles. What is your interpretation of this idea and do you have a message for scientists in this regard? Universal love is the driving force of the universe, and based of it we exist. In my theory naturales whos first part is devoted to the structure of the aether, I clearly emphasize, that the universe we know, is still made up of two states of aether, one is the singular, where ethar in every place and always has the same vibration, frequency, energy, in Tesla’s words. While in the second part of the ether we have a difference of potential which is the law of equilibrium and inertia. Both are made of energy, and that energy is love. In other words, the universe is made of love. Thank you for your contribution in raising awareness! Zlatan Demirovic

BOOK REVIEW

SHIKDAR MOHAMMED KIBRIAH, Bangladesh AESTHETICISM AND PHILOSOPHY OF ART Part: 5 ]Aesthetics of Romarola (Romain Rolland)] Renowned art philosopher Romarola said, "if art has to dabble falsity, I say good bye to all arts". He considered the establishment of natural truth in art to be the aim of art that is related to the material fact. At first, material truth and social welfare were the main themes of aesthetics for him. He felt that an art that does not serve the welfare of the society is not an "art". The goal of art is to achieve human welfare. And this welfare is material welfare. In this case, devotion to material truth is the basis of his aesthetics. he used to say: "people of the art should represent the fundamental problems of life in simple and intelligent manner." Later on, the truth-perception of matured Rola was changed. He combined the truth of nature with the truth of the heart in the broad arena of art. He said, art is the combination of elements. According to him, mere intellectual leaps do not create art. he said, "if artists thus indulge in intellectual acrobatics in the name of art, I am sure art will die a natural death."By recognizing the variety of tastes of art-seekers, he acknowledged the activation of the imagination in art. He urged artists to play a role in creating public interest. And told them to be Napoleons of public taste. According to Rola, art has an ageless integrity. It is diverse-natured and individualistic yet omnipresent. That is why, he recognized the unique relationship between art and society. Social unity is the ultimate expression of goodness. And goodness is beautiful. Art is auspicious. When the wholeness subserves the expression in art, it can be called moral and imaginative. According to him, there is ideological unity between artists and art lovers. Without it there is no worthwhile art.

But when Rala makes this ideological unity conditional on social unity, then naturally the artist's freedom and creative environment can be disrupted. Therefore, when the concept of human welfare is clearly attempted to be imposed on the neck of art, he protested against it in the novel "John Christopher". But he said, "Be true even through art and artist have to suffer for it. If art and truth cannot live together, then art disappears."That is, if the art is damaged, the artist has to accept the damage, but still keep the truth alive. If the coexistence of art and truth is impossible, abandon art. Rola opposed those who say "art for art's sake". He wants people's strong integrity of their stronger mindfulness to be embodied in the project of art. Clearly, Rala believed that a strong vitalism in human aesthetic beliefs is necessary for the creation of art. That is, the theory that is applied to ethical and religious life, will be applied to the artistic life as well. To be continued… ©® Shikdar Mohammed Kibriah

BHAGIRATH CHOUDHARY, India Excerpt from his book: EVOLUTIONARY COSMIC HUMANISM DEEP POETRY ETHICS The role of ethics for a human being, society, nation and civilization is as crucial as the clean breathing air for the wellbeing of life and living, if polluted, it leads to disease, despair and even death. Moreover, the ethics keep the inner and outer ecosystem in its pristine state of a human being, society, nation and civilization for growing, thriving and prospering. The role of Ethics in human life is as important as a driving wheel of an automobile, doesn't matter how good the car is, how powerful the engine is and how sincere the driver is, but if the driving wheel is faulty, you will never reach your desired destination. A man needs to keep his consciousness aligned with the evolutionary mandate for keeping the Neocortical Human Brain firmly grounded in the steadfast discipline and practice of the logic and reason for making the right choices for maintaining the optimal environment for personal growth and wellbeing. Moreover, it is the Neocortical human brain and its mental faculty of logic and reason which differentiates a man from an animal and makes him a human being. Without the Neocortical human brain, we are reduced to the animal mode of existence, and the logic and reason is its nature and nurture which keeps the Neocortical Human Brain in its pristine condition.
